Worked with Tyler and John who both did an awesome job of keeping me informed and updated on every step in the process. John came out to my property and was super professional, I could tell he knew his stuff and was nice enough to point out some of the key things going on with my AC system for learning purposes as I didnt know much about it. I opted for some maintenance on the system for now but John let me know replacement is coming soon which I appreciated the honesty. They will be my first call when its time to replace the entire AC unit!

Very happy with the job Temperature Solutions did at our home. We decided on a 2-Stage Trane system, new ductwork, a larger main return, and we added a return in our main bedroom. The returns look great and we are happy with our system. The crew were easy to be around and did a great job in my extremely limited attic-space; they may have left my attic cleaner than it was when I bought the house. I did point out one very small spot where the ductwork wasn’t completely sealed and they were quick to address it.

I worked with John and Tyler at temperature solutions. Both with were very nice to work with.

John was the initial AC tech I worked with and I felt he was always upfront with the different options, and the pros and cons of each. I never felt like he was trying to sell me on anything.

Ultimately, we ended up doing a full install with TS and the process was very smooth and I was highly satisfied with the process. The ac install team was very professional and got the job done quickly and it looks well done.

Temperature Solutions A/C and Heating have done an excellent job installing a new mini-split a/c system in my upstairs section of my home. They came out took all the measurements then explained to me about the size (tonnage) of the system that I needed to cool the area, then gave me an estimate, which I thought was right for my budget. This is a great company with professional and experienced personnel.

The technician didn't seem real happy with his job. I called Temp Solutions since they are an authorized Mitsubishi Dealer and I thought I had a warranty issue on my mini-split. (I had used a non-Mitsubishi company for my installation months earlier.)

The tech was able to diagnose that I was low on refrigerant and he topped me off. He told me that I needed to get my installer to come look for leaks. But he wasn't willing to look for leaks on his own - not even a bubble test on the immediately accessible outside connections.

I got the other company out and they found the leak very quickly. One of the outside connections needed tightening. Why the Temp Solutions guy couldn't have taken 2 minutes to check and fix that is beyond me. It cost me another $100 to get the other guys out - on top of the $200 the Temp Solutions guy charged me.

Thanks to the owner for the response. I don't disagree with anything you said. I only wish your guy would have done a bubble test on the outside connections. It wouldn't have taken much effort and it would have resolved the problem.

AC went out at the house just as we were going out. Called the Temperature Solutions team and they were at our home in an hour. Fixed the problem without any issues and were excellent. Even got a follow up call to make sure everything was still good

Great job, evaluating our aged system and offering several options for a new A/C and furnace. Team is very professional and install took about a day and a half and were able to get new system up and running first night to keep us cool in this hot Texas heat definitely going to use them for the yearly service to keep this system in tip top shape cleaned up the site and hauled away all the old equipment.
