Temperature Solution’s was able to do some maintenance on our AC and find that we were leaking coolant. We were able to get the new part ordered and installed in less than a week! Update #2: Temperature Solutions installed two new outdoor units for us in 2024. They were quick and efficient, done in less than 4 hours. I was happy to see that the crew used a pop-up canopy to protect them from the possible rainy weather. That showed me that the company takes good care of their staff so they can take good care of us. We still highly recommend them for your heating/AC needs!

Update: We continue to be happy with the Temperature Solutions team. We buy their service/maintenance agreement, and it's great that it covers the spring and fall annual inspections. They also don't try to sell you services that you don't need. We still highly recommend them for your heating/AC needs!

Josh came to our house quickly and was able to resolve the issue as well as help us find better solutions to remotely manage the temperature in our home when we are away. The folks here go out of their way to help us when we call....this latest on Wed./Thurs night after we had gotten home from vacation and had a thermostat problem. They made sure we were comfortable Wed. evening and then came Thursday early and corrected the problem quickly! Very thorough and explained everything to us so we know what to do in the future....great bunch of people!!

Their pleasant and knowledgeable technician, John, was able to arrive 2 hours sooner than expected and on the same day that I called which was very much appreciated. Especially, since I was a new client but maybe, being referred by a very reputable friend helped! I was impressed enough to sign up for their yearly maintenance agreement. Needless to say, having lived in my home for 53 1/2 years, I have dealt with A/C issues a few times and feel assured that you will be just as pleased! For me, being locally owned and operated has always been an important criteria for good service.

I highly recommend Temperature Solutions for your AC needs. I had called and left a message after hours letting them know about my issues. Tyler called me first thing in the morning and had Josh come out at 10:30 that same morning! Josh was very knowledgeable and efficient. I had another excellent experience with Temperature Solutions. They replaced my full AC system and provided exceptional service from start to finish. The technicians were professional, efficient, and took the time to ensure everything was installed and running perfectly. My house feels amazing now! They always go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. I’m very pleased with the results and highly recommend Temperature Solutions for anyone in need of reliable HVAC service. I definitely will be taking advantage of the yearly maintenance service they provide. I know it will benefit me in the long run.

We've been a Temperature Solutions customer for 20 years. They've been our HVAC company with two homes. Temperature Solutions has done everything from complete duct replacement, compressor replacement, coil replacement, blower motor replacement, to routine maintenance. The experience has always been friendly and professional from the initial call to the end of the job. The technicians have always been knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful of property. They always do a great job cleaning up after the job is finished. We have always been pleased with the results. We are lucky to have such a reliable and professional HVAC company in our area.

I reached out to 3 different companies for a quote on replacing my ac/heating system when I found out that not only the last heat kit died but I also had a severe Freon leak. Tyler with Temperature Solutions was the only person that reached out to me other than my original company. He talked with me to understand what I needed and how soon I needed it. John came out at the end of that day and sat down and explained everything. The pricing was not pulled out of his head. They were clear and precise on a laminated printout. My point being that these were their pricing no matter who you are or how wealthy you look. I decided on the best unit for my family with no pushy sales or anyone trying to influence me in a certain direction. TS was quickly able to add me to their schedule within days. Work was complete in a day and a half. His staff were respectful and courteous. John was knowledgeable and personable and I would recommend Temperature Solutions to everyone who has the pleasure of having their ac/heating replaced or repaired.

Their communication throughout the process was outstanding — they kept us informed every step of the way and provided helpful, easy‑to‑understand information about the system. Temperature Solutions has rescued us a few times already. Inevitably on the weekends. They have been amazing. Zach and team really know what they are doing. They installed a new outside unit and repaired the interior half. These guys know how to do it all and well. I do have to say that every single person from the company has been knowledgeable and really nice. Can’t say enough good things about them.

Well, it's been almost 4 months since Zach and the guys from Temperature Solutions replaced my Central Air System with a new Trane Heat Pump and the entire ductwork for the house. We had a problem with a couple of Thermostats right off the bat and some cold areas in the house. Zach came back over twice. On the third Thermostat now and he did some adjusting on the duct Dampers. Been through Winter, some below freezing days in January, and now into March, which is starting to feel like Summer. Everything is running good now. System seems to run on "Low" most of the time, and my electric bills have probably been about a $100.00 less a month on average. Very pleased with the install work and the follow-up service to make things right. Maybe not the cheapest out there, but I believe I got every bit of a quality job for my money. I would, and will, recommend these folks for A/C Work. Not sure about the maintenance/repair side of the company yet (hopefullynot for a while), but the New Install side is definitely "Top Notch"!
