We contacted Platinum Air with an issue, and they arrived at our home in under an hour. Scott quickly diagnosed the problem with our AC unit and got the repair process started right away. He also shared helpful tips on how to maintain the system in the meantime. From start to finish, the service was fast, professional, and courteous. You guys saved me big time! Came out quickly when my downstairs AC was not blowing cold and fixed it within an hour. Since I just replaced my upstairs unit, I was afraid they would tell me I needed to replace this one too, but it was a quick capacitor changeout and we are up and running cool again! Thanks so much! We cannot say enough good about this company and the people behind it. They installed two complete units for us at an incredible price. One day install. The installers were just as professional and friendly as the management. Clean up and left without a problem. Scott came back and instructed us on the damper flow and filter. Service team did a great job communicating when they will be arriving. Went directly to the issue we where having. Analyzed the situation and gave me options, very professional. Did a great job doing the instillation, covered the floors since they had to go in/out of the house. They completed the job on time as promised.

Today was my first time meeting Scott and his son. They performed a maintenance checkup on my heating system for an issue that my previous AC company couldn't resolve. Amazingly, they fixed it in no more than 10 minutes after arriving.

If that wasn’t impressive enough, later that night I experienced another issue with my AC—the house wasn’t cooling properly. I called late at night, fully expecting it to be the next morning before anyone could come by. To my surprise, Scott said he would swing by that same night. Despite working in pitch-black conditions with just a headlamp, screwdriver, and multimeter, he managed to resolve the issue.

Based on just these two interactions with the Platinum Air family, I can confidently say this company is the real deal. All the five-star reviews are well deserved. Funny enough, they didn’t even ask me to leave a review, but I was so blown away by their service that I had to share my experience.

Great experience! Technicians are very knowledgeable and professional, and even share pictures of their work. Besides my routine heating service, they also serviced my electric clean air system, dehumidifier, and UV light. A deep cleaning was also performed by the technician, Joseph H. They are extremely efficient, thorough, and respond quickly. Highly recommend!

Platinum Air has always been good to me. They don’t try to sell me crap that I don’t need every time they’re at my home, and I greatly appreciate that. They also get back to me quickly when I call with a system concern.

I had a mini split unit installed by a handyman. Big mistake. After he left my central air and he did not work I called Platinum and they came out on time and within five minutes had it fixed Friendly, honest, good work!

After being told by another company that we needed an evaporator coil replacement, Temperature Solutions came out to give us a second opinion. Our technician was extremely knowledgeable, honest, respectful, and helped get our system working in top shape without that unnecessary and costly repair. I appreciate how Temperature Solutions has followed up on their service call, making sure we are still happy with the work. I will call them again in a heartbeat when we have future A/C issues.

Very professional and helpful. Zach stayed on the line with a vendor to find out if our AC units were still under warranty- even though a different company said we were not covered any longer. Come to find out - we still were covered. I was thankful he went the extra mile to double check for us. Great crew of workers and picked up behind them. They even brought us a couple of window units to keep our main areas cool while we waited for the work to be done. We would recommend this company and use them again in a heart beat.

Needing a new HVAC system is never fun, but Temperature Solutions made the experience a lot less painful. I felt they were honest, they showed up when they promised and called and emailed to say they were on their way. They were respectful of my home, kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up afterwards. John made sure I understood my new thermostat and made sure all my questions were answered. I would highly recommend.
