They have been so great and professional. I called them stating our A/C wasn't working and they were at my house with someone to repair the A/C in 30 minutes. I highly recommend this company!

James Parks is not involved in the process. Does not respond to complaints. I was not pleased with the experience of our built and paid out of pocket 50000 plus for expenses. I suggest you talk to other customers prior to using this small town builder. After signing the contract many people spoke out about there terrible experience. Also background check there employees.

Thanks Parks construction once again. I just built my 15th home with them and once again great experience. I can't wait to sell this one and start another one.

We have a couple of issues that we are not getting resolved. We chose Parks to build our new home in 2019 after losing ours to a fire. Shortly after moving in we had a flood in half of our home due to the plumbers leaving a tool in the pipe that caused it to occlude and overflow throughout much of my home. In the months following that the flooring began to pop up and is unsightly and a danger to walk on. I submitted my warranty information on my wood flooring that is popped up all throughout my house and is a tripping hazard and is very dangerous. The flooring rep came out weeks ago and I haven’t heard anything since even though I have been seeking a reply from Parks or even Groom and Sons to find out when they will replace the flooring. I also have a cracked window that was reported to them back on December 28 and no reply from that either! I am frustrated and disappointed in the follow up procedures to take care of their customers. I have to wonder if I will get a resolution to these issues!

I consider myself the biggest cheerleader for Parks Construction. They’re building house #3 for us. They built our first home in 2014. I’m an artist & designer and building my own home was a dream. From start to finish it was such an amazing process. The second home we built was a guest house/art studio. It is now one of the most talked about rentals on Airbnb at Cedar Creek Lake because of its unique design- all constructed by Parks. Which brings us to house #3 which is currently under construction. I throughly enjoy working with James, his foreman, & all of his contractors so much.

As a business owner myself, reputation is EVERYTHING to me, along with loyalty & trust....you get that with Parks Construction! I’ve referred several friends to them which ultimately hired them build THEIR dream homes as well. In my opinion (& everyone I personally know) there is nobody I’d trust to build or remodel our homes than PARKS CONSTRUCTION.
