Constraction reviews in Kemp, Texas

Parks construction went out of their way to find and install the door of my wife's dreams. It transformed our entry and really updated the front of our home. They answered our calls and even made a mid order glass change after the door arrived with no questions. This is the first project that we did that was completed when we were told. Thank you so much for making this happen right before the holidays. Would definitely reuse and highly recommend this company.

Wanted to give a shout out to John Missions. We had some issues to be addressed. We built 3 yrs ago. James Parks was so nice to send someone out to have repairs done. We built John was so professional and efficient. Our construction issue will soon be in our past. Thank you Parks construction for being “stand up co.”

I worked with Paul Sessions to have a carport built that would blend in with the house. They had it up in only 4 days and it matches beautifully. They also did a few small projects at the same time, all finished quickly and nicely. All employees/subs that worked on the projects were great. Paul himself is responsive, polite and a great representative of the company. I highly recommend!

James and team thanks for all the good work you did in enclosing our back patio. We have gained a significant amount of living space, and we are using it for both practical reasons (office) and for hobbies or just enjoyment inn looking at the lake or beautiful sunsets. The addition also helped free up space within the house, so we are now better organized and enjoy more practical room in the initial floor space.

We are very pleased how you made the extension meld perfectly with the existing exterior and all say they can't tell where the extension begins.

Likewise people are struck by the extensive area now enclosed and how well laid out and also how striking the interior is with the cedar planked ceiling and beautiful casement windows.

Thanks again we love th new living space

James Park built us a beautiful quality home where we’ll raise our kids. Several of our friends in the construction buss. have visited and are impressed with their attention to detail. We particularly impressed with their immediacy to our questions and concerns. Office staff and foremen were prompt at all times. Highly recommend them.

Our HOA hired Parks Home Construction to finish our clubhouse. We were very impressed with the competitive price, but also with the speed in which his team and subcontractors worked and finished the job faster than we had anticipated. The communication was also very timely. I recommend Parks Home Construction to anyone who is looking for a contractor to build their customer home.

We worked with Paul at Parks Construction to do a remodel of our kitchen and bathrooms as well as paint our entire downstairs (which was a big job due to needing to do a lot of prep work). From the very beginning, Paul was patient and spent a great deal of time with me answering all of my questions and working through ideas to be sure that the project ran smoothly and in a timely manner. When we did have minor hick ups (just like on HGTV--they are to be expected) he dealt with those quickly and got the issue resolved. My new kitchen and bathrooms are exactly what I envisioned and I could not be happier! Everyone at Parks Construction communicates so well. Any question is answered quickly. All of the different contractors that worked in my home were polite and did a great job. I enjoyed getting to meet many of them when I came for progress checks as I was not living in the house at the time of the project. I highly recommend using Parks Construction and suggest asking for Paul!
