First time using this company. Quick response, very courteous and professional. The service man even took the time to show me how to do maintenance on my system to prevent future issues. I have found my new A/C company.

Came home late in the day from vacation to find a hot house and broken AC. Kingwood Air came out to the house within one hour. Chris was great in diagnosing the problem and organizing the parts order needed for repair the next morning. I also use Kingwood Air for my bi-annual maintenance and have always been happy with the service they provide and the great communication.

Santiago was on time. He made sure all our questions were answered . He made it a point to clean our unit and kept shoe covers on while in house. Excellent service. My first time using the Original Kingwood AC and I’ll be using them in the future. Great to see such a quality business as part of Kingwood

After having a service plan with another company and that company failing me, a friend recommended Kingwood Air Conditioning and Heating and I’m so glad he did!!! I called them and they were able to get me right into the schedule. Their technician arrived in time and took his time inspecting the unit, recommending action, and making the changes needed for my system to work more efficiently. Enrique was super thorough, professional and didn’t rush through the job. I appreciate him and the excellent work he did on our unit!

It was a very straightforward process from beginning to end. Everything was very clear upfront and didn’t change. The selection and estimate process was detailed and prepared in my presence. After considering all alternatives, I selected the one that suited my requirements best. There was no pressure to change or modify my selection. A date was set, they arrived on time and started as agreed to cover my floors and stairs. The technicians worked hard all day long, removing the old pieces and bringing in the new. They started up the new unit at the time they had promised, monitored all operating parameters wirelessly, and kept me informed of progress and how the new unit was operating. They cleaned up as promised, and very friendly and politely departed at the scheduled time. Done. A straightforward and clean process. Just the way I like it. Thanks.

Chris was wonderful! He was trained by Vin, who was my favorite service provider. Chris was trained well and he was so respectful and polite. I was really impressed with Chris. He is knowledgeable, and didn't "find" problems just to make more money on these additional items. He was honest and thorough. I thought I was going to have to leave The Original Kingwood Air when Vin left, but Chris renewed my faith in The Original Kingwood Air. I will be a customer for life, as long as Chris is working for Kingwood Air (and does not get a moved to sales etc.). I had a great experience with Chris!!

Service tech was on time. My husband always has questions and tech was happy to answer our inquiries. We are now ready for cooler weather after our checkup. Good service.

Old Gas Furnace blower motor locked up and stopped blowing. Enrique was amazing diagnosed the issue and immediately repaired it. Been using this company for over 30 years. What sold us — Larry. He came in, evaluated and diagnosed the issue, explained to us in super simple terms what was wrong and then explained how they would fix it. He put us both at ease to make a large purchase that we weren’t expecting to have to make.

The rest of the team—Enrique, Tom, Gavin, and Carter brought it to an entirely new level. Even down to cleaning everything up after they were done.

A few days later, we saw the overflow pipe dripping, called up Kingwood AC, and Santiago was out there that day to diagnose the problem.

Enrique has been taking care of my HVAC for a year. He knows the system and knows what to do. He explained the tests he did and showed that the system is working. I also appreciate that I have one service rep that is assigned to my HVAC system. So many other companies will send different hvac reps.
