We recently replaced a nearly 20 year old AC. We received several estimates. In the end, Velocity Heating and Air beat them all, and we were even able get an additional return air vent, extra air vent in the master bedroom, plus extra ducting for the same price others had quoted us. This is not to mention the outstanding customer service and attention to detail they provided. Thanks to the great work Armando and his dad did, we are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Velocity Heating and Air to anyone looking to replace their home AC. I was having ongoing issues with my A/C and needed to have it looked at. Velocity came highly recommended from a friend of mine who recently had them do a new install. Armando and his dad came out to the house the same day I called and in the end I needed a new system altogether. They would've done the install the next day (had I not taken so long to call back) but they came out the following Monday and did an outstanding job on my new system. I was very pleased with the quality work, outstanding customer service, and high level of professionalism. After the job was complete they even did a great job cleaning up the work area which you don't see from many companies. Thanks to the great work these two did, we are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Velocity Heating and Air to anyone.

Velocity was very helpful, and knowledgeable! I was told by another company I needed to change out and spend a lot of money. Got a second opinion from velocity and found the real issue! My ac is blowing super cold now!

We had our circuit board burn out on our AC and heating unit. They came quickly and replaced the board and made sure there were no other issues that caused the burnout. Excellent workmanship and very friendly!! High quality work that was affordable and reasonable!! I will go to them for all my A/C and Heating needs!!

Worst service I have ever had. My A.C keep freezing and they came out and just looked and said I needed a whole new HVAC unit because the one I had was the problem .We got the new unit installed in September ‘22 and by Nov’22 it froze again . My husband called him that the unit had froze and he said that they were out of town they couldn’t do anything. I told him that he gave us 1yr warranty and the problem is not fixed. He said I can send someone to put freon you will have to pay them $500. He was so rude about it never took responsibility on the unit he sold us ($2700). Never complied with the year warranty he gave me. We put a lawsuit 2023 against them and they played the sympathy card on the lawyers talking about his dad was kidnapped in Mexico. That we never talk directly to them . That they didn’t know about the problem . When I had the phone calls and text messages . He said the unit was not the problem . He said I had more people looking at the unit , no shit we needed the ac fixed. The unit had a freon leak the coil needs to get replaced. We decided to take it to the Robert Madden Ind. 2025 to fix it and have it as a replacement incase the machine that Armando said it was no good is the machine working all this time . And ofcourse they tell us the company that sold the machine is the one that needs to go and do the exchange and ofcourse they called them and again they didn’t take responsibility on the unit. But they keep calling Robert Madden Ind. to see why was I there and what was going on . It only took 1 house visit from them to show me the worst service ever does not taking responsibility on their labor or equipment they sale you . WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!
