Ronnie is honest, courteous, and thorough. He replaced our AC unit at a highly competitive price, and then checked in with us several times once done to ensure we were satisfied. On a scorching hot day with temperatures in triple digits, our AC suddenly stopped working. It was already 6pm when I reached out to Heritage for help. Despite hearing a young child in the background, Ronnie immediately came to our rescue, firmly stating that "no one should be without AC." Although his initial assumption about the issue was incorrect, Ronnie spent the next 2 ½ hours diligently troubleshooting until he found a solution to keep our AC running smoothly for the evening.

Ronnie and Kat from Heritage are the best. They helped me with a nightmare troubleshooting and installation of new mini split ductless unit in my studio. I have had two other contractors in 3 years work on same unit and Heritage by far provided the most professional recommendations and work. Prior installer left the pipes exposed on the exterior and performed a sloppy install inside - even worse they neglected to process the warranty on the unit (Pioneer required the installer to do) so when the unit broke within warranty I had to buy another - that took a year to sort out.

Once I engaged with Heritage everything moved smoothly on their end: they were professional, quick, responsive, trustworthy and reasonably priced. The installed unit looks fantastic, works like a charm, and is under warranty. Additionally, Ronnie looked at my main AC unit and made a couple tweaks to help it perform better as well.

I am pleased to support a family and female owned business as well. When it is time to replace my main AC unit I will only call Ronnie and Kat. I give Heritage my highest recommendation.

Our home AC went out while it was 105 degrees outside so we were in a hurry to get it fixed! Ronnie was at my house within the hour of me calling. He was professional and located the issue quickly. Edgar came straight to our home as soon as he got the part required and he was also very professional and did a great job with getting my AC back up in no time. Had some A/C problems, and needed it fix quick, because my wife was not a having it with this Texas heat. They sent over an Edgar, cool dude, he did his thing diagnosing the A/C unit and ordered the part and returned later that afternoon with the part, installed it and minutes later my A/C unit was alive again and wife is happy and I’m not not in the dog house as well. Great company, good peps, highly recommended.

We discovered an issue with our AC late in the day, and we were able to get an appointment with Ronnie first thing the next morning. He was SO NICE, knowledgeable, and quick to fix us up enough to get us through the weekend before he came back to finish the job since he didn't have all the necessary parts on hand at the time. Despite technically making two visits, he gave us a discount for a same-day repair when he came back to install our new float switches. Excellent work, I was worried I would need a whole new HVAC system and heritage air conditioning & heating solve my problem for only $825, much better than getting a whole new system for 10 times more. They were able to come out the next morning after I called late in the day. Super professional, timely, honest, and reliable. 10/10

I called Heritage on a Sunday at 11am.... In an ice storm... I was stuck at work on a 24 hour shift when my wife called and said the heater wasn't working. It's supposed to be 15 degrees tonight. I started calling around. Heritage was the only company that actually answered the phone. I spoke with Ronnie and explained the situation. Fast forward 2 hours later. Heater is fixed, my wife and kids are warm, and they charged a great price. I was blown away. Ronnie just got a life long customer out of me and every referral I ever give. Thanks Ronnie! Review a little delayed, but glad I’m able to finally get to it! AC Sky saved my butt! Our AC went out on us and we couldn’t figure out why. Our house was getting hotter and hotter and was 79°. They were able to come within about an hour and immediately found the issue. They replaced the broken part right away and the AC started working again, much to my and my kiddo’s relief. Yordan was patient and so, so kind. This happened in the middle of a tornado watch in our area and they still came without delay. I’m so very grateful to his kindness and for his time. Definitely recommend his services!
