I chose AC Guys bc they had a lot of support on the Wimberley Facebook forum. Had a good conversation with owner Brett. Coincidentally, his team was working on my street and he was able to have Chris stop by the following morning. Chris was great - very personable & professional. Determined my issue was the dang bad capacitor and fixed it promptly! Very satisfied with this quick response!

The team from AC guys came out within an hour of my call and were able to identify and correct the issue. The service team are courteous and knowledgable. I would recommend them for service or new build construction.

We had some wiring issues on our outdoor unit - turns out some creature had severed the connection from the house. We called the AC Guys late this morning and Kevin arrived early this afternoon. He promptly diagnosed and fixed the problem, in addition to answering my myriad of questions about A/C units. We were charged a fair price for the work. Would highly recommend!

Love working with these guys. I have an old system and they maintain it to perfection and offer reasonable prices and good solutions. Most places we worked with in the past overcharged or wanted us to replace huge ticket items. They came in and fixed the problem without spending thousands.

The AC guys always go above and beyond to get the job. I own multiple vacation rentals where my guests demand comfort, if I have HVAC problems the effects the guests stay that is refected in reviews of my homes.
When problems come up The AC guys jump on the problem and get it fixed. I have even had guests comment in their reviews of my properties how great he crew that came over to fix the ac where!
