Called Javi-air because our upstairs unit was not operating. Javier figured out the problem in less than 5 minutes. He had it fixed quickly and serviced our other two units. Reliable, great service, very knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend Javi-air!

Javier made a house call on a Sunday when my AC went out in the middle of June. This is the second time that I used Javier for AC issues and he always is attentive to messages and is very respectful. Javier does great work and provides great customer service. Highly recommended!!

I reached out to this company to get an estimate for a new AC unit since the home builder (DR Horton) gave me an AC that was too small (3 tons). I met Javi and he was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He answered all the questions that the wife and I had. Now I have a 4 ton 2 stage AC unit which is the correct size that I needed for our 2340 Sq. ft home. Now our home is cooled more efficiently. The install by Javi and team was real fast! I will definitely be contacting Javi in the future for all our HVAC needs!

Our AC in our one year old home stopped working at 7pm on a Saturday night. We called JaviAir and they were here by 8:30 and had our AC working before 9. Incredible service! 10/10 recommend.

Carlos and David came out on the same date I called. I had a tentative appointment with my regular technician but no guarantee they could come out on the same day. I called Carlos and he came out late in the afternoon. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. No upsale or unnecessary repairs. Honest and reasonable. I highly recommend.

Our house is over 25 years old. Some of our AC runs were torn up and we were air conditioning our attic. Carlos and crew came in replaced the bad runs and optimized the air flow. Poor guys were working hard all day, but now everything looks great up there. We are no longer AC the attic and all
rooms are staying cooler with less energy being used. They did a great job!

A-1 support from Carlos! We had an emergency and contacted him on a Sunday afternoon. He replied to me immediately. He was willing to come the next day but I told him my husband and I got out of work late. He told me he could swing by when he was done working since he lived in the area. I explained our situation to him and I was afraid he may leave us hanging on account of things happening on the financial end. However, he was true to his word and came by around 7 pm. He diagnosed the problem and he did his best to give us a reasonable solution. We just weren’t in the position to move forward. He is a man that cares about people, not just the bottom line. My husband and I appreciate what he did for us. I’d most definitely recommend him to anyone seeking out expertise and integrity in a service provider.

If I could give them more stars I would! The company my home warranty gave us wouldn’t come to look at my ac for 2 days which is torture in Texas summer heat. I called Air Comfort Systems and they came out, diagnosed, and fixed my ac within a matter of hours. They will be the only company I use from now on.
