5 pm on Friday get home from work and a/c is not coming on. These guy's were still answering the phone and ready to schedule a service call first available. To my surprise the owner then started Q&A the basic check list of possible issues. It was easy to talk through a couple of issues from the basics check list and low and behold I was able to find the issue over the phone. This company spent a good 15 minutes with me on the phone and didn't ask for a dime. A/C is up and running without a service call. I know there will be a time when a service call will be required and I will certainly make Air Comfort Systems my one and only call. BIG THANKS!!!

Carlos and his team are wonderful. I had two units that were in need of maintenance. The previous owner had not had them serviced an over a year so I needed them looked at. Carlos took care of the repairs and put me on a maintenance plan to help keep both my units in good working order. I called Air Comfort and they called me back within 10 minutes and were at my house within 30 minutes! Carlos was great - I have an older unit and he diagnosed the problem quickly. He could’ve easily added on other elements to the quote because of the age of the unit, but it was a simple fix and he performed it onsite. Carlos saved the day! I called Carlos at 2PM on a Friday with an AC that was acting up. He came out within the hour, assessed the issue, and fixed the issue within 2 hours of my call (with the help of Oscar and Julian!). Not only that, the entire team was extremely kind and helpful. By far the best A/C experience that I have dealt with. I came home from work at 6:30pm called Air Comfort Systems and they had someone at my home by 7:30pm. I received emails of when they were headed my way and about my technician. The amazing service did not stop there. Carlos was our technician and he was friendly, very professional and very knowledgeable. I have 3 dogs and a cat, which most people ask me to kennel however, Carlos took the time to acknowledge them and greeted them so that they felt comfortable with him being around. He also took the time to explain and teach us what was wrong and gave us maintenance tips to help the unit last better. I highly recommend them and will always use Air Comfort Systems! I had a HVAC Tune Up/ Inspection done by this company. Carlos was on time, very knowledgeable and inter- acted during the visit with me on what level of performance my old Carrier unit was at. He was very straight forward and honest about what to expect in regard to future repair costs and eventual replacement as it's a 2001 model. I scheduled the appointment online thru their website, which is a nice feature, and was fortunate that an opening was available the next day. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience with Air Comfort System. They will be my first call when I need HVAC service in the future.

My AC unit was short cycling - I received a quote over $1500 from another company to fix what they believed to be the issue. I called Air Comfort Systems to get a second opinion - and I'm very happy that I did! Carlos came out the next day and found a minor (and inexpensive) issue with the unit and fixed it right away. Two weeks later and it's still working great! Highly recommend!

Air comfort systems is awesome. Yesterday AC quit cooling. Called a company we use who could not get out for a few days. My wife has to have her AC. So I called Carlos at air comfort who we have used in the past with great results. Carlos had Oscar out within an hour. Oscar was very professional and thorough. He went through all steps to check all components. He assessed the issue and had our Ac back cooling in no time. Oscar is awesome. They are a top notch company who provide great customer service, with quality work and all at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Air comfort systems!

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We had a house full of people in town during the hottest weekend of the year (SO FAR) and the A/C went out. The blower motor required replacement. However, the system is 11 years old and there was an issue with rusting that caused what should have been a repair of less than 1 hour to become a much bigger project!
Carlos worked tirelessly and found a solution to ensure that we would have cooling that day.
It was an absolute joy to work with Carlos. He is a true professional and cares about the well being and comfort of his clients.

, and they nailed it. These guys showed up on time, kept things clear and easy, and didn’t mess around when we had tight schedules and big land-clearing needs.

There are literally no words to express how AMAZING Dragon Heating and Air's service is. I called on a Sunday (their day off) and Joe walked me thru everything. He explained he would come out to see what was going on with my system. He came out on a Sunday and was pretty sure he found the issue but didn't want to replace it until it went out so he could be certain and not replace something that didn't need to be replaced. While here he also found errors that the builders contractor AC company (Airtron) did wrong. They covered a filter in the attic that I had no idea was there and they covered some sort of important piece that needed to breath for the motor to have a longer life. It finally went out Friday at 11 pm and Joe asked me to call him. I explained what was going on and he said ok this is exactly what I suspected. He fit me into his busy Friday schedule and fixed my AC. I had called a few other AC companies and truthfully they didn't seem to be concerned that I did not want to stay without AC. Thanks Dragon Heating and Air for being life savers and such a honest company! We need more companies like this who aren't trying to rip people off and fix things that do not need to be replaced.
