Call these guys! I’m a tradesman myself, and a very DIY type, but have had the times where hiring a professional is the way. These guys (Joe in particular) saved me time, money, and stress hunting around. The call went exactly how any customer would hope…attentive, thorough, respectful, calm, confident. Super rare to find someone I feel I can actually trust. Managed a same day stop, my AC was under performing and I called around 11am, Jo showed up around 3:30pm. Quick diagnostic, thorough explanation, more than my fair share of time given answering questions and talking about options, not only to fix the problem but improve upon my system overall. Got the problem fixed by 5:30pm, with a run to the distributor, and wrapped up with another bit of conversation. The passion, honesty, knowledge, consideration for customer, and efficient process really made for a memorable experience….getting my AC fixed! Fair pricing even, no compromises when you call Dragon, you’re getting some of the best service out there.

As a new homeowner, it can be overwhelming to decide who to work with and knowing who to trust. Luckily Joe and his team at Dragon made it so simple. I had them come out for a diagnostic, and not only were they able to quickly identify what was causing our AC issues, they recommended that we contact our home warranty, and then before leaving, found and repaired a gas leak in my furnace! It was so refreshing to see the pride and care that went into the work they do. Can’t recommended them enough, total professionals with so much integrity and kindness, I look forward to working with them in the future! Thanks y’all!

Our AC went out on a hot summer evening. Dragon Heating and Air came recommended to us, and we are so glad we went with him. They showed up at the end of their long work day. Joe was thorough, informative, and friendly. He taught us about our AC unit and maintenance to extend its life. We will definitely be using Dragon Heating and Air again.

Excellent service. People in my neighborhood recommend them quite a bit and now I see why. They were friendly, thorough, took the time to explain everything to us and showed us how to do certain things ourselves moving forward even though we were the last customers at the very end of their long day. Came across genuine, trustworthy, and patient. Pricing was fair and what I'd expect. Would call again.

Our HVAC tripped due to a short but we didn’t notice until 5pm. We were at risk of not having heat. Dragon Heating and Air was able to come out that same night to fix the problem. Joe did a fantastic and fast job, and walked us through his work. Most importantly, we had hear that night. I only call these guys to get the job done.

Dragon installed a new Lennox air conditioner for me last November (2024). The installation process was very smooth and done with great care. In addition to the installation, Joe Mondragon spent unrushed time explaining everything to me and answering all my questions in detail, as well as going over the maintenance protocol I should follow in terms of filter changes and routine attention to keeping the lines clog free.

I have done well with the filter changes over the past year, but fell short on the pouring of vinegar through the lines every quarter, even though Joe had placed a funnel in place so that I would remember exactly where to pour the vinegar.

So.... the lines did get a clog. When the ac was installed, they placed a little safety box that would fill with water and shut the ac off in the case of a clog.

The system worked as intended: the safety box filled with water and the ac shut down. I sent in a service request on a Sunday evening, thinking I'd hear back on the Monday.

But I got a call almost immediately. Joe described to me how to release the clog, but it was too stuck. So first thing Monday morning Joe was here and had everything running again in minutes. He also took the time to check over everything and make sure all was fine. I was not charged for today's service.

All of the information I gave above about this clog incident is what Joe went over with me as he dealt with the issue today.

That is one of the most impressive things about this company; they take the time to educate you along the way.

I have dealt with Dragon for many years. They are incomparable in terms of knowledge, careful work, and trustworthiness. You can rely on them in every way.

We have used Garner heating and air conditioning since we built our home. They have always maintained the units beautifully. I trust them, always handling any emergency promptly, as well as explaining what is being done or what needs to be done!

Garner Hearing & AC has serviced existing units & installed a new one in the 20+ years in our home. They have always had a fast response time, their techs are very reliable & thorough. We always sign up yearly for the biannual maintenance inspection which happens summer & winter. Very helpful in catching any issues before they happen! 5 stars, thank you Garner!

The professionalism and customer service was outstanding. I had three techs to my home at different times.I learned a lot they were very informative every step of the way . They didn’t mind questions , very patient. The last gentleman (Angel) that completely cleaned our home system was polite and very thorough ,courteous and patient very nice guy.
I’m glad that they showed up as quick as they had because I have a a health Condition .They were all over it thanks guys! Max Ryen Angel. You rock. They even answered the phone on a Sunday.

Ethan & crew did a fabulous job installing a complete system in our home. They explained everything they needed to do before & after so no major surprises. That was very appreciated! They were price competitive with the other company I had quote the work, but seemed more knowledgeable, more professional, & had a better warranty so it was a good choice to go with Garner!

Matt with Garner AC was great! Finished up with his previous job early, so called and asked if he could come early. Of course! He explained everything and even took pictures to help with the explanation. I appreciated his thoroughness and will definitely use Garner again!

This is the second time we use Garner. The first one to replace or main AC in 2023 and the second time to install a split unit in our garage. Both times they did excellent work and Angel served us both times. Everybody who helped us from Garner did excellent. We just got out 2025 Fall Maintenance service and Omar was very nice, punctual, patient to explain what he does for our system. Great company that we have used for more than two years.

Nearly 25 years ago we built our first home in Dripping Spring and Garner Heating and Air designed and installed the entire HVAC system. We are still living in that house today, and because of their superb work and excellent maintenance program our system was still running in tip top shape after nearly 25 years. Because the efficiency of HVAC systems designed by the manufacturers has greatly improved, we only recently asked this same company to change out the entire mechanical system. We absolutely love our new even quieter running system and noticed this past year a huge cost savings on our monthly energy bill. We’ve been impressed by their company for a lot of reasons, especially the courtesy and workmanship of their employees. After the new install they left our home better than they found it. I felt sorry for them having to work in such a small tough and cramped attic crawl space, but they still did an amazing job. They are true professionals in every sense of the word. While Garner Heating and Air has developed and expanded their business over the years, they have continued to maintain the same quality craftsmanship, honesty, and dependability you might come to expect in a family owned and operated business. I’ve known the Garner family all my adult life and so if you have HVAC needs of any kind I highly recommend that you call them immediately. You will be glad you did.

On one of the hottest days in May in a century, my thermostat was reading 94 degrees, and I was debating whom I should call because nowadays it's like rolling the 🎲 🎲 anytime you need service. Many companies charge whatever they think they can get away with, but not Garner Heating & Air Conditioning. I thank God for reminding me of having used them in the past and that they did a great job and charged me a fair price. This time was no different. Omar came out and diagnosed the problem like a pro, fixed it, and charged me a fair price. I won't call anybody but Garner Heating & A/C from this point forward when I need service because I can trust them not to try to take advantage of me, and so can you.

Super pleased with the folks at Garner. We had our AC suddenly go out completely. Aware of the warm Spring weather, they assessed the situation, chose and sourced a new system, and had it up and running, all in about 48 hours. Everyone communicated well throughout and everything was carefully explained. They helped us find the best solution for our situation and budget. Highly recommend!!

I'm more than impressed and satisfied with the performance of everyone I've met. When it came time to replace my downstairs AC unit, Max took the time to listen to and address my concerns, then explained what changes could be made to improve airflow. Afterwards, he presented me with options that would fit my needs and reviewed each of them with me.

On the day of the install, I met with Ethan, Angel, Daniel, and Jacob. Saying they were professional and efficient feels like an understatement. They arrived on time and quickly got to work with removing the old ac system and installing the new one. They finished faster than I expected, kept the area clean, and kept me updated on the progress of the install.

Ryan came out about a week later as a follow-up. The new system is running great and actually feels colder in the house than it did before. While there, he was able to diagnose and fix my old ac unit for the second floor. He took the time to explain the issue and answered every question I had. As someone that's just overly curious, I really appreciate that he welcomed my questions.

Last, thank you to the receptionist/secretary (I'm sorry, I'm not confident that I remembered your name correctly). When my old ac unit went out, she was willing to schedule me in the same day and has addressed any question or concern that I've had.
