Outstanding service and professionalism! Bravo to Max, Ethan, Omar, Jacob, Angel and Daniel! The team was hard working, on time/early for each appointment, knowledgeable, courteous and throughly explained the maintenance and repair process and outcomes. They were super easy to work with and respectful of my time and home! Highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

Stop looking. If you have found Garner, don’t look at another HVAC company because these are the folks you want. Garner has become our go to and they’ve never disappointed. They have always been direct, honest, fair, and extremely professional. The owner even called me once to keep me updated on the status of repair they had to order parts for. Even more rare was they didn’t nickel and dime me like what most companies do. Max, Elijah, and Ethan all have been phenomenal. I keep recommending these guys to anyone in Hays county or south Austin because of how customer centered they are. It’s rare to be able to give a genuine 5 star review - but they have earned it.

Chey Simpson was our technician on this maintenance visit, he also came out a few months ago on a service call and, as always, his customer service was impeccable. Great job hiring this guy, he does your company credit.

We have been using Garner for the past couple of years and Chey Simpson has been our technician. He is absolutely wonderful. I specifically request him by name every time. He’s knowledgeable and kind and considerate. We feel taken care of and know he’ll always do an amazing job. Chey is a gem and hope to work with him for as long as possible!

I can’t express how pleased I am with the entire experience. The old AC for our home, which has been struggling, gave out and was not cost effective to repair. I called multiple companies and Garner showed up that same morning. Max from Garner was awesome. We discussed what I was looking for as far as price point and performance. He then evaluated what i had and what would be needed to get me where I wanted to be. He found many things from my original installation for the house that were sub par. The original air handler support, drains, pan and plenum were installed in a way that could be problematic and were. Then he let me know based on calculating what size unit was needed by measuring all the rooms in the house, my unit was undersized. I went with Garner because of how confident I was with the company based on everything Max had explained. My AC install was scheduled and happened today. Flawless! The guys showed up early this morning and explained everything they would be doing and then got down to business. Four hours later the new unit was installed, on and they were wrapping up and doing final checks. The new system is incredible both in how it looks and performs. Thank you Garner. It’s not the brand AC you choose that’s most important for a new AC system, it’s the quality of the system installation. Go with Garner.

Garner is the best! Chey Simpson has been our technician from the beginning(3years now) and is always a pleasure to chat with. He’s very knowledgeable and informative. Very thorough and never makes us feel like we have to do something. He’s helped with our high humidity and identifying concerns with our ducts & air flow. We request Chey every time because he’s just a great person & friend!

We love Garner - just bought our third heat pump from them and the installation today was seamless! They’re consistently courteous and professional. Ethan the installation manager was on top of everything and was patient in explaining the Ecobee digital thermostat. Highly recommended!!

Very disappointing. They charged $125 just to come out, and like a lot of the big HVAC companies, it quickly turned into upselling and overcharging. The technician they sent couldn’t even properly diagnose the issue and told us the unit was “terminal.”

We ended up calling a small mom-and-pop company, and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem for about half the price. Huge difference in both service and honesty.

Garner HVAC is an incredibly professional firm. Having done considerable work with them last year for a newly purchased home, this year I added an HVAC service/check up plan. Matt was the technician who came to my home. He spoke clearly and used plain talk. I was 100% satisfied with his efforts on my behalf and will be thrilled if he is the tech who returns time and time again.

Garner Heating & AC has been my go-to source for years at both of my houses I've lived in here in Kyle. Most recently, we had Chey Simpson out for our system maintenance, during which he explained what he was checking along the way. He was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. Garner has come out for repairs in the past, and they've always been fair with their pricing and always do great work in a timely manner.

Omar Hernandez with Garner Heating and Air Conditioning completed a winter heating system check in my home and did an excellent job. He was punctual, professional, and very thorough. Omar explained what he was checking, shared his findings clearly, and made sure my system was operating safely and efficiently for the winter. I really appreciated his attention to detail and professionalism. Highly recommend Omar and Gardner Heating and Air Conditioning, right on time for the winter/ice storm.

I also asked a question about dryer vent cleaner, not only did he answer my questions but he cleared a portion of the vent. He is truly a gem and one of the reasons I will continue to go to Garner for my heating and air conditioning needs.

Excellent service! We had a service tech do an emergency repair then a project manager out the next day to walk us through the replacement options for our 24 year old system. No up-selling, no pressure (unlike other companies we tried). We did our research, called back for some answers to make sure we made the best choice. They came back 2 days later to replace the HVAC, with a 6 hour estimate. They showed up exactly on time and finished just minutes past the 6 hours. Very impressive.

I am very happy with the results of this install. The Garner team showed up on time. They were friendly, courteous and respectful of my area. Sometimes, your work is a reflection of yourself and this team should be very proud of what they do. I was not expecting to do this right now but, it needed to be done. Everyone I spoke to, from start to finish, was understanding of my situation and that went a long way for me. This is something I won't have to worry about anymore. I would highly recommend them.

Our A/C had a small electrical part blow out on the inside. It wouldn't shut off and the apartment was unlivable. I had no idea what it was. I was worried about an expensive fix... Bladimir replied to my message in less than 30 minutes, was very polite, and we scheduled a consultation next day. He communicated clearly, showed up on time, and found the issue with my A/C in less than 10 minutes. The whole fix took about an hour total. His prices were very reasonable based on my research. If anything happens to my A/C system in the future I'm calling Bladimir first. Highly recommend.

Bladimir and his crew are amazing and very professional. They root caused my issue and resolved it within the quoted time. I ended up setting up my yearly servive with them as I know Bladimir and his team will maintain my system to enusre it is working properly during the seasonal changes.
