These guys are phenomenal! We have been through so many different AC companies for our business and they are as good as they come. They are reasonably priced and follow ethical business practices. They now service our businesses, my home, my Mom and my sister's home. If you are looking for someone who is honest and reliable, give these guy a chance!

My Home AC started puttering and wasn’t keeping up with the outside temps and the thermostat was reading 4 degrees over setting. Went straight to goggle and searched for a local company with good reviews. After a voicemail with the top company I went to my second choice JBG, which should have been my first. Juan answered on the first ring, was professional and prompt with their schedule and pricing, and booked ne appointment ASAP. Their field tech, Bladamir, came out to my home to inspect. I opened my door to a smile and a well spoken and dressed individual who immediately put on his shoe coverings to respect my home. He resolved the issue, explained why it happened, and didn’t pressure me with “up-sells” for additional services. Juan followed up almost immediately post-appointment to ensure the job was done and made sure I was satisfied with the experience. Great service in todays climate is a rarity and I would suggest this company to anyone in their territory that is having AC troubles or needs a routine maintenance. Customer for life 👍🏼

What a GREAT experience. JBG Heating and Air Conditioning is the most competent, professional, and honest HVAC company I have ever dealt with. Bladimir and his crew are so easy to work with. They showed up exactly when they said they would, expertly installed a new four ton unit, and my final price was exactly as they quoted with no additional surcharges.
They are VERY competitive on pricing. JBG will be my only call for all heating and a/c issues and I will recommend them to all my family and friends. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I wanted to do a seasonal inspection and didn't know anybody. I took a blind shot and called Hand B. They came over did the most extensive inspection I have ever seen. Augustin was my technician and went over my unit with a fine tooth comb. They don't try to find things wrong to make money they really a top shelf organization. They had a special when you did the AC and a future Heater inspection saving me $50 for later. Call these people there well worth it.

JBG is the most professional and reliable of any business I’ve dealt with in Kyle, TX. They sent a tech out in an hour’s notice to diagnose the problem which happened to be on a Friday afternoon. The unit ended up needed repairs and some replacements. JBG handled all communication and service promptly as well as maintaining a respectful presence while working in a very hot attic. The team at JBG is top notch!

JBG came on a Saturday to repair our old compressor. Very impressed. We had been looking for someone good to replace at least one of our two systems, one was 20 years old had constant repair calls. The other was 11 years old and never worked properly. After they examined them I decided they knew what they were doing and got a quote for the newer one using American standard components. The install went very well. I could tell within 24 hours it was dramatically better, and we decided to replace the 20 year old one, the pair now keep the house comfortable despite relatively high temps of 95.They give a 3 year labor warranty, and American standard has a 10 year parts. Couldn't be happier.

I can’t recommend JBG enough. Our AC stopped working and we realized that we needed to replace our whole system (it was very old). We originally had another company come over and give us a quote and it felt very high so I called JBG and to get a second quote. I called Bladimir at 6pm and he was able to come by early the next morning. He was honest and his pricing was great. His crew came the next morning and replaced everything by 2pm. We are so happy with their service. Highly recommend. Also, we love that they use American standard products. In terms of value, JBG exceeded our expectations. Bladimir is extremely responsive. So impressed by our whole experience.

These guys are on top of the game ! Long story short Home owner ME does a compressor move for a remodel ,things don't go well I call a few techs they do their thing,at the end of the next 5 days I have a complete mess! I called on a Saturday for service, and they arrived within 2hours. I was not upsold and attempted to find a part for my 20 yr. old HVAC. I considered that it was more feasible to get a new system because of the cost for a part for my old system. They quoted a reasonable price and returned on Monday to install the new unit and were finished early that afternoon. I am a completely satisfied customer and would highly recommend them.
