We worked with Joe and his team to get a new furnace and AC system installed at our recently purchased home in Austin. We received a quote for the work quickly, and Joe was incredibly friendly and responsive. He was able to answer all questions we had about the logistics of the system in a way that was easy to understand. The whole team was legitimately so excited for us to get our new system installed, and it was great to know that everyone cared so much about the work they were doing. This alone would have been enough for a 5 star review, but after we had some problems with a separate electrician a few days later, Joe came out after hours to make sure that our system was back up and running properly. We would 100% recommend using Dragon Heating & Air for any HVAC needs!

We had our AC go out and I began a chat online. Joe began to troubleshoot online and was able to get out to the house in an hour to an hour and a half. He began to assess the AC issue and resolved the problem explaining in detail what was happening. He also gave great tips to maintain the longevity of the AC unit. Called Joe on a Sunday and he was very responsive. He quickly diagnosed my system’s issue and sourced the replacement part. He was very focused on my warranty and was able to get the part replaced within that warranty. True professionalism, know-how, and value. He also reviewed homeowner maintenance of the system with me to ensure long-term reliability. Very pleased with my experience.

Outstanding Service! Our system went out on the 2nd of January. We were referred by a neighbor on our community page. Showed in a couple of hours and identified a bad wire connection… fixed in 5 minutes! Friendly, experienced, thorough and highly professional. I’ll now be using these guys for my seasonal tune up.

I had a wonderful experience with Jose and his team today. He installed my AC unit about 4 years ago on the recommendation of my realtor. I have nothing but positive things to say about the entire experience and his pricing was competitive as well. He was wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable, and worked with my schedule. Here I am years later and now that property has become a rental that I lease out and I had tenants that experienced some humidity issues.

He pencilled us into his schedule quickly and was very communicative throughout the entire process, called me to go over adjustments that he felt were necessary, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. It ended up being a simple fix but he still went in to tweak the system and made some other adjustments to optimize the system so that we might not run into this again. In this day and age, it’s hard to find people who you can trust with work to be done around the house and with Jose and his company, I know that we are in good hands. 10/10 would recommend and he has a lifetime customer in me.

AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, CARING, PRICED JUST RIGHT !!! My air conditioner went out at 4pm at the beginning of a holiday weekend. Not only did Joe answer the phone when I called but was at my house in 1 1/2 hours. He repaired my AC unit and even helped me understand how to keep it in good maintenance. And to top it off, he even called and followed up with me 2 days later to make sure everything was still properly working. I would highly recommend Dragon Heating and Air. This is the type of company that you can trust and a company with a high level of integrity. Stop looking for another Heating and AC company. Joe and his team at Dragon Heating and Air are great at what they do and were a pleasure to work with. He was timely with his visit to size up the work required. He listened to my needs and answered all my questions. And he was timely with his competitive bid. Unlike other contractors, he wasn't eager to replace my functioning high efficiency furnace.

Joe is clearly a puzzle solver who listens and then goes the extra mile to explore options and provide the one that best fits the customer's needs. I found other contractors more opportunistic. Another plus is that Joe is onsite for the installs, so what is promised is delivered the first time.

Give Joe a call. You will be wiser for it. And more than likely, you will hire his team at Dragon Heating and Air and be a "promoter" like me.

My thermostat was off and i checked my breakers but everything was good. Remembered Joe fixed my unit condenser 4 years back and i called him . Even though he was busy with other appointments he was able to guide me through some checks and figured out my flow switch was at fault. Super happy that he fixed it for me over the phone and offered me few more checks to make sure i don't have similar problems in future. I would 100% recommend Joe for any kind of AC services. He is the best.

I rarely leave any reviews but this one is beyond warranted with the exceptional customer service that Joe from Dragon Air provided! Our AC went out this week, I tried a few different contractors who were all booked up (understandably with the temperatures we have had in Austin!!) and was wondering what to do as we couldn’t possibly go another day without AC. Fortunately got Joe’s contact through a friend, he answered the phone immediately and worked through his schedule to come by the same evening. He was extremely knowledgeable and got to the issue very quickly. Joe not only got our AC fixed but went above and beyond by cleaning our outdoor unit and also installed an easy option for regular home maintenance to flush the pipe ourselves.
