I called to have someone come out to check our system and was able to have someone out that same day. Steve was very upfront and honest about what our problems were and what he recommended. We ended up installing insulation in our attic and they were able to come out and get the job done a day earlier than planned. They were quick and efficient. I look forward to using them for any other future AC/heating needs.

I called Carlos on a Saturday around noon, and he was able to repair my system that day. The fix: Replace a blown-out transformer on the 24 volt thermostat system. I was impressed with Carlos's attention to detail, his problem solving, and his communication skills. I believe he'd be able to solve any complex problem with an HVAC system. Plus, he's certified for Bryant systems, which is what I have. He's now my go-to HVAC repair person!

This is the second time that I have used Air Comfort Systems and could not be more impressed with Carlos. He explains all the work and the reasons why. On top of that, he helped me install a flood light as a thank you for being a repeat customer. We will continue to use Air Comfort Systems and referred them to friends and family. Carlos did a great job. He found a system that worked for us and didn't break the bank. He checked in to make sure the system was working right, and came out and did some additional work on one of our rooms that wasn't cooling down as quickly as the rest of my home. I've already recommended them to two of my friends that needed AC work done.

Carlos at Air Comfort is the only person I will ever call to fix my AC. He is thorough, professional and honest. He diagnosed my problem and laid out all my options. I have an old unit that is going to have to be replaced and he's the man for the job.

Carlos and Steve are great. Installed for us a new HVAC good price and quality. Our new systems is quiet and actually cooling the whole house. It is no longer hot upstairs and cold down.

My AC was turning off every once and a while because of the water drainage pipe getting clogged triggering the problem. So I called this company, and they came and supposedly fixed it. A month later the same thing happened so I called someone from Thumbtrack (Sergio from Airforce) and he came in and actually unclogged the system using a vacuum and confirmed that it was clean by pouring gallons of water through it to confirm that it was unclogged and clean -- all of which was never done by Air Comfort. The pic below shows what Sergio managed to get out which proves the low quality done by Air Comfort.
Edit: I called the after hour number and left a voicemail, and sent several texts without any response which is why I ended up calling someone else!

Our A.C. unit went out after hours and I contacted Air Comfort by email. I received a text back shortly telling me a technician would be available early the following day for repairs. They did everything as planned at a very affordable price , overall great experience. I have had two other companies out for repairs in the last 6 years and the experience was costly and ineffective. I highly recommend Air Comfort Systems !!!!!

In a matter of desperation, I googled for 24/7 HVAC repair services in my area. Air Comfort Systems was availed. I contacted them directly. From the moment they took my call, to the moment they arrived to my home, within under an hour's moment notice, I received a personal text that their technician was on his way, followed up by an e-mail. We have used Carlos and Air Comfort Systems for several years now. There is no one else I would call for HVAC service. They have never taken more than an hour to arrive after we called, even though it’s been during their busy seasons. We have two babies, so that promptness has had real benefits to us. I have found Carlos and the technician to be extremely professional and informative. Additionally, the service has been top notch and very reasonably priced. These guys are honest and won’t do unnecessary work.

Most recently, tonight in fact, his wonderful wife met my mine at a shopping center to get us an igniter for our furnace (I broke mine like a moron). It was after hours, so no parts from a store until Monday, and it will freeze again tonight, so they really saved our hides. We’re sitting in warmth right now, thanks to them caring about their customers. Do yourself a favor and call Carlos at Air Comfort Systems if you find yourself in need.

Carlos was just awesome! He came right out to fix my broken AC. He had my new motor installed and checked to make sure the Freon was good. He was friendly,knowledgeable and efficient. Carlos Gonzales was able to get us squeezed into his schedule. He found our problem and was able to get it back up and running in no time. He didn't try to sell other parts that weren't needed. Air Comfort Systems has impressed us for a second time now so I felt like I needed to share the luck for anyone needing AC repairs since it can be hard to find a good company that you trust.

We've been fit into an already tight schedule both times now where they have made time to see us because we were in a bind with no AC. The first time Carlos actually started his day extra early to make sure he got to us. Because everyone in Texas knows, when you don't have AC it's an EMERGENCY!

We've never been up-sold anything and he has always given us as many options as possible. Each time he's gone above and beyond and been very honest with us, and just truly very kind.

We had a problem with our air conditioning unit. I had another company out to fix the problem initially. They diagnosed the problem incorrectly and their suggested solution (new thermostat) not only did not correct the but cost me $149 for something I did not need . I called Air Comfort Systems and their technician Oscar was able to diagnose the actual problem and make the appropriate repairs. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

My furnace wasn’t turning on and I gave Air Comfort Systems a call because I had used them in the past. I spoke to Carlos who came out right away and determined I needed a new thermostat. Because nothing needed to be fixed with the furnace Carlos didn’t charge us a dime! I’ve used Air Comfort Systems for both my Furnace and AC needs and both times they were prompt and the level of service was unmatched. Can't recommend this company enough! Carlos is very friendly and easy to talk to over the phone. I scheduled a routine tune-up and to have a possible leak looked at. I called at 9:00 AM and Steve showed up at 2:00 PM same day. You'll get an email alert to know exactly when to expect them.

Steve was great, thorough, and fast. He took the time to explain what he did, and helped to diagnose the actual problem (busted pipe under water heater). Their prices are great and I will be enrolling in their VIP program. They've earned my future business!
