Paid for a quick inspection and a unit and they diagnosed and fixed the issue in about an hour. Kevin is who was my tech that day. He was great. This is my fifth time working with the AC Guys. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

The AC Guys are great. I’ve been using them for many years now I live in Wimberly called them yesterday to come out and take a look at my AC/heater that wasn’t working.
Came out today, fixed it no problem. It was just a capacitor.

No one wants to come home in August to a house that seems warm. No one wants to hear the words “the compressor is shot, here are your options”. But, if I have to replace my HVAC system, The AC Guys are top notch. Brett explained what was going on, compressor was on its last legs and was trying hard to cool the house, but then would overheat. Of course this was on a Friday. Brett told us that he could get a replacement compressor for our 15+ year old ac for 4-5k with a one year warranty, or we could replace it. GULP. We bit the bullet and bought a brand new system that was way more energy efficient, is super quiet and we are really noticing that it does a great job cooling the house down. We also had them put an additional register in the master because it’s always 5-10 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. Did I want to spend money on a new system. No way. But with The AC Guys, we had a brand new system the Monday after the initial visit. Top notch guys, polite, neat, quick. I can’t offer enough praise.

Very knowledgeable even came out on Sunday when no one else was available and trust me I called over 25 other HVAC companies in our area! Very reasonably priced as well!! Heater downstairs was not work. Lol I had the device set incorrectly.. 90 later I now know how to set . Lol. Also had heating maintenance conducted and signed up for ac maintenance program . On a 100+ degree day, my air conditioner started leaking water into the air return and all over the motor of the a/c unit. I called Javi and he was here same day (I don’t know if this is normal response time or if I just got super lucky) and inspected the entire unit, found the problem and fixed it quickly. He also rewired the little float valve thing that SHOULD HAVE shut my system off… but didn’t because of the wiring issue. Super reasonable pricing, saved us on a stupidly hot day and came through fast!! 10/10 service! Thanks Javi!!!

He has a maintance program to help the homeowner extend the life of the sytem. He is professional, reasonably priced, HONEST and I will use no one else! Highly recommended.
