The technician was on time and nice. Very quick and told us several useful tips to help the new parts to last longer with simple cleanings.

Igor came to fix my washer. He diagnosed the problem quickly and needed to order a part. The part arrived sooner than I expected. Even though my washer is stackable, Igor had the right equipment to unstack and restack by himself. He got the problem fixed and showed me the cause.

Illiah was timely and very professional. He diagnosed the problems and provided an estimate. I decided to not repair the units due to their age and the cost of repair. I would definitely recommend Illiah and would use him again for repairs.

Ray service was outstanding! He came early and fixed what he could, but needed an additional part for our Samsung refrigerator. He found the part and came back later in the afternoon and finished the job.

Called Ultra Fix to schedule service for our dryer which was making a thumping sound.
They said they would send someone between 2 to 5 pm today. They called before 5 and said the tech was running late, would it be okay if he could still come out.
I told them yes. Emil made it a little after 6pm
He found the problem, the rollers were bad and replaced them. Checked to make sure the dryer was running properly before putting it back together. Emil was professional, personable, and knew what he was doing. We would definitely recommend Emil and Ultra Fix

Never heard of UltraFix until it was recommended by my condo building manager for a repair to my our stove. Wish I knew about it before this. Khalid was here as promised less than two hours after I called and had our stove fixed in less than two minutes. Best of all he showed me what to do if the issue should reoccur. Expert and friendly service.

Quick arrival within 1 hour after reporting an issue with my old refrigerator. The issues were quickly identified and fixed . The technician also provided practical suggestions to handle similar issues if happened in the future. He also cleaned the floor before leaving. Well done.

Regarding our double door Frigidaire refrigerator - The technician from Ultrafix appliance repair arrived on time evaluated the problem and order parts. It was about a 2-week span that we were without refrigerator. Once the parts were received a technicians installed . . . I believe they installed a new compressor which took several hours. Afterwards the refrigerator worked great for a few days. Then it broke again. The technicians came out within a reasonable time and worked many hours resolve the problem. This all occurred many months ago in the refrigerator still working great!!! Oh there's a question about the price for the repair and actually was service through the home warranty company so we only paid a small deductible.

Aliar did a great job. I heard from him much sooner than I expected and he arrived at the exact time he told me. Solved a big problem for me. Fair price for quick service. Will use again.

Our dryer had stopped working and we have Oleksandr come out and look at the issue. His work was very impressive and he knew what he was doing. He had our dryer completely apart in 5-10 minutes and was able to diagnose the issue in short time. The issue ended up being with the control board that shorted out. Oleksandr was able to resolder the bad connection on the board and once it was all back together, it was working just as good as before, actually better as he also lubed all the bearings to make sure they were running smooth. Very professional, great work ethic. Would call them again for any issues I have with any of my appliances.

Kamal was great. Straight forward and to the point but professional. He was on time and figured out what the issue was with my washer and fixed it in a very timely manner. I'm so glad I called UltraFix and had Kamal to help fix my washer. Thanks again.
