Next Electronics installed the AV and Home Automation systems on my last two custom homes. The quality of their installation including prewire and equipment was outstanding. Scott Ferguson coordinated the installation and was wonderful to work with, including service after the sale. They have exceeded my expectations on both installation jobs, great group of people to work with.

Just visited a home in Round Rock , thought the panels and apps wer going to be the saving grace and I wouldn’t have to walk all 8000 square feet. Turns out none of the apps work, freezes my whole phone. Called several times and was told I’d b getting a call back, never did. 500 to sign up 250 to get it goin…. It’s been over a week guess im getting my steps in. Im over it!

Sergio & Dan are fantastic! They run a super business and have done everything from our business AV issues, to installing Starlink, to setting up our entire home with Apple tv, outdoor speakers, etc. They are so great with customer service that they will even coordinate their service with Spectrum so that everything is running smoothly. We've been using them for almost 12 years and won't use anyone else. They are fabulous!

This is an easy review to write. Kurt and Mary are the real deal. Mary was easy to talk to on the phone and was helpful in explaining their process. Kurt showed up on time and gave advance notice of his arrival. He helped me troubleshoot a problem I created with an existing GFI outlet, he installed a new outlet and a new wall sconce. Kurt is clearly an expert who was willing to take the time to explain to me what I had done wrong, and explained what he did to fix it. We agreed on a project price for adding a wall sconce and switch. When he opened up the wall, it was clearly more work than he was expecting, but he completed the job perfectly and honored the original price he quoted.

This is a real professional that perfectly completed the job and kept the site clean, with no unexpected damage. I recommend Simms to anyone looking for big or small electrical work.

Kurt replaced a couple of faulty fuses that were causing problems with my home AC, and he cleaned up the wiring that he believed led to the wear on the fuses. He explained everything he found, made sure I understood what he was looking at, and educated me about various material choices that builders have available that might have led to the problems we encountered.

As far as the ease of getting someone to my house - they have a contact form on their website that I used but would not recommend. I called the next day and Mary got me on Kurt’s schedule for just a few hours out. It would have been nice if the website was fully functional, but Mary was a star at working around my schedule to get someone to me on the same day.

Very friendly service all around, and very professional. Highly, highly recommended.
