Edgar and Roger showed up on Sunday to handle a plumbing emergency. Edgar was very attentive and professional. We had a house full of guests for the holidays and Edgar and Roger cleared the clog in our pipe. Edgar explained the situation and put us at ease for the time being. Unfortunately, Air Today Plumbing will return for some major work. Edgar and Roger worked well as a team. Would recommend Air Tiday to anyone who needs plumbing needs.

I was pleased with the pricing and had them do the work. They were professional and took their time to ensure the work was done right. Austin explained everything they did so I understood the service they had provided. I would definitely hire them again. These two gentlemen deserve higher than 5 stars.

Jack and Matt had to spend many a day trying to figure out what was going on with my new units. As soon as they would arrive it would start working correctly, until one day. Jack worked really hard to find out a bad sensor was the issue. I am not giving them a perfect score because their communication with me could have been better, I was continually having to check in with them regarding the issues. Overall they are great and wouldn't go elsewhere. I trust them and you can as well.

I can’t say enough good things. I found Air & Plumbing through a commercial on the morning news. We wanted a quote for a water softener and they were running a sale through the end of the year. They responded quickly and Matt came out for my estimate within a day. We’ve had estimates from several other companies. Many of the others offered convoluted options with outrageous pricing. Today offered fair price with a straightforward explanation of the cost. Matt, Austin and John were professional and courteous . They readily answered all of our questions and kept us updated throughout the installation process. Too often, a TV ad is a bit of a bait and switch. Happy to say that was not the case here. Today will be our first call for many future plumbing needs. So glad they opened their office in Austin! :)

Outside, he also found a worn-out capacitor and replaced it right away using a part from his truck. The whole job was done in about an hour and a half.
