It would be hard to exaggerate how impressed I am with Caleb and the team. I had some very specific requirements and even though it took awhile to work through them Caleb personally persisted and got it done. I’m perfectly happy with my new variable speed system and I would recommend no other company. Seriously considering having them replace my second system, in advance of it failing, I like the variable speed, and trust their work, so much.

When we bought our house, we knew one of the A/Cs was likely on its last legs. We have had issues over the last five years and have dealt with several A/C companies along the way. West Austin Air Conditioning is by far the best we have used. When it finally came time to replace our A/C, they were quick and courteous, gave us several options, and did the installation with almost no interruption to my work-from-home day. I have been very impressed with them at each interaction.

I had 2 heat pumps and 2 air handlers replaced in my home. Along with all new duct work. I was extremely satisfied with their work. Gave me several options to choose from and clearly explained everything. They pay great attention to every detail in the install. There was minor issue with one of the new thermostats. And quickly stopped by the next day to take care of it. I highly recommend them.

These guys send unlicensed subcontractors to do the work (their own sub told me they weren’t licensed to do ac work), few days after they worked on my ac unit it stopped working. It was a weekend so had to call someone else to diagnose the issue and try to get my ac operational. Come to find out the wiring in the area they worked on had experienced some serious arcing and had completely burnt. Called and texted photos to West Austin but they clearly don’t care about the extremely dangerous situation their sub caused or even bothering to return my calls and messages.

While we were away on a trip, my thermostat indicated that the air conditioning was failing. I set up an appointment with great ease online with West Austin Air Conditioning and they responded the next business day and set up an appointment right away. They showed up when they said they would, and completed the work quickly with feedback about future maintenance issues. The price was very reasonable. I would totally recommend this company!

Excellent experience with Caleb and his installers, Daniel and Enrique. They quickly diagnosed my problem, and replaced the broken parts in my HVAC system. Highly recommend!

We had Caleb and team replace an AC unit earlier this spring. Once the temps came up, the drain became clogged and the unit was inoperable. Caleb came out the afternoon that we called and took care of the problem without charge. We appreciate the attitude and quick response. Don't hesitate to reach out.

Update: Same issue came up last weekend. They were here Mon afternoon and resolved the issue quickly. They also replaced one of the components that was questionable. No charge as part of the install completed in the spring.

Update: Bryan was here again today for the same issue. After looking closely at the issue, I can see why the problem has come back. I believe Bryan has resolved it this time. We'll report back.

West Austin Air is a local company we have used since 2014. They respond quickly and do a great job. Caleb and his team are friendly and experienced. I highly recommend using them.

Top notch customer service. I needed the dryer vent cleaned out and they came out almost immediately. Bryan Blair was my tech and he was great. As is typically the case it wasn’t as straight forward as it could have been and he went above and beyond to help out. Highly recommend. I will also now give them some HVAC work on some of my properties. Top Notch
