Caleb and his crew have been outstanding in diagnosing and fixing our AC and heating problems on several occasions. We had them out a few weeks ago to find out why some rooms were cooler than others and he was able to make adjustments in the attic that we didn't even know were possible. Highly recommended.

We used West Austin Air Conditioning when we were in a bind and needed service as soon as possible. I called in the morning and they came the same day. They were able to provide a temporary fix while we worked with our warranty carrier to determine coverage. Once we determined we wanted to get a new system, they were able to get it and install the full system the next day! And at a price much lower than others in the business told us to expect to pay. Their customer service was outstanding!

Caleb was fantastic. I needed a new Heat Pump asap - it was cold! They booked an appointment the next day and the crew came out in cold and ice, spent hours installing the unit - working well into the dark. The price was within my budget, only because Caleb worked with me to get the best unit possible for my home. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Absolute Bait & Switch operation.

Caleb offered a low price on a mini split unit for the upstairs so I went with it. I set up an appointment and paid a 50% deposit. Then, on the DAY BEFORE they were scheduled to install it, and after I had paid over $10k in a deposit for the minisplit, another unit, and some other work, they send me a text saying that the 2024 mini split I contracted and paid for was no longer available, and that they were going to install a 2022 unit instead--for the same price!--plus they told me that the 2022 wouldn't even qualify for a $2k tax credit!

When I objected and asked at least that the price be adjusted they refused, and then they refused to return my deposit! Then they canceled the rest of the job (install a 2 ton unit downstairs) ONE HOUR before they were scheduled to arrive. It felt as though they were trying to bully me. Only after I called my CC company to initiate a dispute and then threatened legal action did they refund my deposit. Absolutely unbelievable.

I thought by going with a smaller company I could save money but I barely dodged a very expensive bullet.

I love this company! I have used them for my work and home. I called Caleb and told him I had a classroom (students in it) with an a/c out. He was fast show up and was able to get it repaired the same day. At my house, I have had ongoing problems with a new a/c unit which was installed by another company. We worked with them several times and it would work for a few weeks/months and then the same problems would occur. We gave up calling them (under warranty) and because of the service I got at my office I asked West Austin A/C to check it out. The man who showed up was VERY knowledgeable about the unit we had and was able to find it had not been wired properly on the original installation. It has worked like a dream since but if we have a problem, we will always call West Austin Air!

Highly recommend and we will definitely use West Austin Air Conditioning next time we need service. Great customer service, great pricing and communication. We were very impressed!

We arrived home after being gone three weeks to find the house hot. We called West Austin Air Conditioning because of their great reviews. We were not disappointed. Because of the pleasant experience with their scheduler to the prompt response by the technician, Brian, we give five stars. Brian diagnosed the issue immediately and efficiently repaired and checked our system out. We will use them again!

Had West Austin Air out last year to replace an A/C unit. Assumed the issue with existing unit this year would result in the same. I simply texted my contact from last year, he came to my house the next day, and solved my problem without having to replace the unit. SO Thankful!

The work was timely and thorough. Although they were able to come out the same day, I know that won't always be the case. So, I commend them for this, but I based my review on the excellence of the entire service experience. We will certainly use this team again, and we highly recommend their services!

Air con stopped cooling. I called first thing in the morning and they came out around 11:00 am! Fixed everything and I was cool in no time! GGREAT service!!
