Aaron Smith was our technician. He did such a great job! He was kind, professional and explained everything in full detail. Prices are fair and customer service was excellent overall. They came out the same day we called for a heating issue and resolved it right away. Aaron also did all our maintenance. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

In the first service they cleared a drain line and took the extra time to identify the sink the drain was attached too for future prevention. West Austin air conditioning did an amazing job !! In the beginning of our project they heard us out and made suggestions on which units we would need . They were very professional, knowledgeable and informative and great to work with the entire process. They installed a total of four units in our warehouse space and then another two units in my husbands studio . I like that they are locally-owned and operated. Caleb and the team have always been very responsive and timely in getting us up and running when we've had AC issues. Also, they knocked out installing a mini-split air conditioner in my garage to make it temperature controlled. I've been very happy with them vs the national companies.

110 degree Texas heat and the air conditioner stopped working. Called the company that warranted the AC when we bought the home and they couldn’t come out for over a week. We used West Austin Air Conditioning to service our HVAC and gave them a call. They scheduled me immediately and repaired our AC and had us up and running on the very same day. Caleb and Team are absolutely amazing. They've maintained our HVAC system basically since our house was built, and helped us with installing upgrade to Ecobee (along with providing the guidance of which smart thermostat would work best with the system we have). 11/10 would recommend.

Caleb and his team did a great job on our new house. We had a faulty part once we initially got power and they quickly resolved the issue. I would definitely use them again for any future builds and will continue to use them for preventative maintenance.

West Austin Air Conditioning responded to my request in a timely manner when the larger companies would not even return a phone call. Their communication was excellent and worked with me to come to the house despite the ice and snow. The technician was very knowledgeable and repaired my heat pump. He explained the problem and did not charge for unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend this company if you need heating repairs.

These guys do great work! They saved us on a extremely hot day emergency. They came right away and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, there was still an issue the next day and they came right back and made it right. I highly recommend West Austin air conditioning!
