I decided to schedule a duct cleaning with Lakeway Duct Chimney after noticing that dust was building up quickly around the house, even after regular cleaning.

Very professional and experienced staff. They cleaned my ducts and dryer vent thoroughly and explained everything clearly. Excellent service!

It’s reassuring to know the duct system is now properly maintained, and the indoor air quality definitely feels better.

SUPER scammy experience. Called for a dryer cleaning - told $89 for a 'vacuuming' and reverse positive air flow blowout. Was told if that doesn't work - then they have to 'use the brush at both ends' and it would be more (like $119 or $159, something to that effect). The offered to bundle a HVAC vent cleaning for a TOTAL of just under $300. I said OK.

Person shows up to do the cleaning, and I mentioned that I just want the dryer vent cleaned out. This is when the fear mongering kicks in: "7 years? They are probably full of mold!" I said no thanks and I'll address that later.

Then they go up on roof and come down with a handful of lint. I knew that it was clogging at the exhaust already, so this wasn't a surprise (which is why I asked in the first place). Guy proceeds to tell me that it's 'completely clogged' on the roof and its no longer an annual 'maintenance cleaning', and needs to be a 'deep clean' with the brushes, etc...and that it's going to be $350!

I said no way. Thanks for coming. I was told $119 or something and I have 3 other quotes for < $215. He calls his boss - and then the price is now $250, begrudgingly. I said no - I don't like the fact that they quoted me a price and are 3-4x'ing it on site. Then he texts his boss b/c he's 'already here' and 'wants to help me out'. Boss replies that they will do it for $119, but that's b/c someone clearly gave me the wrong price yesterday.

Next he's rationalizing still and said it is "totally clogged up there" and proceeds to show me a video. I kid you not, MAYBE 25-30% of the vent pipe had lint on it. It was bare metal for at LEAST 2/3 of it. Any 'total clog' was just pulled out by his hand is sitting in front me!

The final straw was when the gem of his next sentence: 'I don't believe that anyone actually gave you that price yesterday...but my boss says to do it.'

I say to him - "so you are telling me that I am lying about what was told to me yesterday?" His response: "No, I didn't say that." I point out that he LITERALLY just told me that he doesn't beleive that anyone gave me that quote yesterday. That's when I said thanks but no thanks....time to leave. He said he drove 40 minutes here...so I gave him $20 and said thanks, goodbye.

AVOID LIKE THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. This COMPANY might be ok (based on other reviews) - but this service person is a total scammer and it takes a LOT to get me that mad to kick someone out.

I was not happy. I wanted a full duct cleaning. They didn’t tell me that I was only getting basic cleaning. They didn’t say they had different levels of service at all until I called back after the service was finished and complained that they didn’t do a full cleaning and all my vents to each room in my house were still dirty and no one had cleaned that part at all. The receptionist explained that basically if I want a full cleaning I have to pay more. Why would anyone want a half cleaning??!?! Felt super scammy. I don’t trust them at all and I would not recommend them.

After the cleaning, I noticed better airflow and peace of mind knowing everything is safe and clear. Highly professional team.

From booking to completion, the process was smooth. The technician was very knowledgeable and did a great job cleaning the vents. Our home feels cleaner and fresher now.

Was a bit skeptical going in because you can’t really “see” dirty ducts every day. But after they showed me what came out, yeah… it needed it. Air feels lighter now, especially upstairs.

The house feels cleaner and more comfortable now. Their deep cleaning approach truly made a difference. Would absolutely recommend.

Eli and Avi were the technicians working on our house, and Tom stopped by to check the system as well. They showed photos from inside the duct which was a bit surprising to see. After the cleaning the inside looked a lot better.

I had used another company before and it felt rushed. This time was different. These technicians actually took their time. They checked each vent and didn’t just breeze through it. I appreciated that they explained things in normal language, not technical talk. Overall, it just felt like honest work.

Eli and Tom came out to clean our ducts and showed me the inside before they started. I honestly didn’t think it would be that dusty in there. The process took a bit longer than I expected, but they explained everything while working. In the end the ducts looked much cleaner and airflow seems better now.

Aero techs arrived on time, were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I feel good knowing that the care and maintenance of our HVAC units are in their capable hands.

I am so grateful that wonderful people like Juan Aguilar, from Aero, work in this wretched heat to take care of our AC unit that had failed. And on a Sunday yet! All is well in short order, and we are cool again.

Eric and Juan were very knowledgeable and professional and I know they will stand behind their work. I have done business with Aero Design for a long time at my previous address anf they were always my go-to AC company.

Called Roger when our system wouldn’t fire on after moving a thermostat on a Sunday, he offered to come out same day and also suggested I check a few items. Of course it was one of the items he suggested and the system came right on! They have come out before and installed some UV filters on our systems as well, the job was well done on budget and on time. Highly recommend Aero Design Systems for all your HVAC needs!

Paul and his team are amazing! Everyone I know uses them as their go to ac/heating guys! You can tell just by talking to Paul how much he cares about giving customers the highest quality service and you'll see how that care is translated to his team. Definitely worth your time!

My heat pumps don't like the cold wet weather and one was giving me a "system malfunction" message. Aaron came within an hour of my call to check it out. He was professional, polite, and thorough.
