Amazing, incredibly helpful through each stage of the process. Professionalism and courtesy. The cost was reasonable. I'm pleased to announce that we've located a new plumber.

Had them out several years ago to install new central air and furnace systems. Still working great. Had them out today for an outdoor spigot fix that I attempted and failed. Very professional and knowledgeable.

There was a 15 day waiting list the technicians stood me up. I waited until like 5:30 that evening and I cancelled.

Absolute the worst curbside pickup service
On the phone waiting on them to pickup the phone. On the phone still while waiting in line. Over 40 minutes and they still have not picked up the phone!!!!
They finally just hung up on me....
I went inside (while waiting on the phone) and the order pickup line has a long line with only
1 1/2 employees helping customers out
One employee was not really helping
I just came back from Lemmon location in Dallas and it only took 5 minutes since they are set up much better. They also let you checkout your purchases unlike Lancaster location
I never had any problems with Waxahachie location either. They are also fast and attentive. It’s a shame Lancaster cannot do any better!
Yes, I even had time to write this review. -
It was the tool rental and i had to rent a 20 "I believe" chainsaw to cut down a tree. There's a bunch of people renting tools nowadays, so be prepared to wait no matter what. Besides there tools that they offer are basically almost new and working before you take it. So it's worth waiting because everyone is so helpful and they do their best to get everyone in and out as soon as possible. There were 2 people in front of me when I arrived and by the time I was done there were at least a to 5 people behind me. But as long as there are no issues they'll have you in and out "Literally" and I did not call ahead so if tou do call ahead i'm sure the process will be a lot more smoother and faster for sure.

Went to Home Depot and tried to check out at the Pro desk and they told me I couldn’t do it because I hadn’t called in my order and I really think they didn’t want to do it because I only had two small items. I spend about $200,000 a year at Home Depot and they treated me very poorly and I think it was racially motivated. I’ve got a pro number and all kinds of pro perks and I was forced to go to self checkout. It was not a pleasant experience. I will never go back to that Lancaster location again.

Goes above and beyond for their distributors, keeps a wide variety of systems in stock with parts availability. Fast shipping, hosts training to support technicians, very impressive company.

Don't waste your time or money guys!! C&H units fail quickly due to cheaper interior parts used... Great for a year or so but once they fail, you might as well throw entire system away! Our C&H compressor failed early in year 4 and Comfortside and C&H will only send us a new compressor.....multiple local HVAC techs told us it will cost min $759-$1k to replace the compressor due to complexity/time. So, warranty they give is useless AND you have to spend money to bring a licensed tech over and speak with them on the phone to diagnose.... Then, you learn how bad you are about to be screwed!
Buy Bosch, LG or other big brands that service with their own staff under their warranties and really warranty their products ..Never again Cooper & Hunter ... Never again!! -
Thank you!
