They were absolutely awesome. Took the time to answer my questions and were very patient. And all I needed was an air filter.

I called to price a air conditioner unit and the guy answered the phone and asked who do I need to speak to and hung up the phone, I called right back just to get the answer service.

Terrible customer service, booking appointments for service calls that they cannot follow through with. Very unprofessional, and I tried speaking with management and was hung up on and they will not answer my calls now. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS FOR ANY SERVICE NEEDS!

I have used Gateway for all my AC needs for many years now, and I have always received prompt, efficient, affordable service from this company. When one lives in the OVEN called "Laredo," having prompt, efficient, affordable help available when the AC decides to go wonky is a Godsend! Thank you, Gateway Air Conditioning!

I wish i could put negative stars. These guys, the owner Tony and employee Victor don't care about customer service and their clients. I was told I needed a new AC Unit after my Condo was always reading 81/82 degrees. After they installed a new unit in my condo it would still get to 81/82 degrees. I had to call another company to check on the insulation and they actually went up to the attic and found there was a hole by the ducts. Victor and his crew never checked the ducts or attics before installing a new unit and charging us $5k for new unit. Supposedly "a one year warranty" comes with installation and sometimes my AC still gets to 81/82 degrees. I've called Victor multiple times so he or someone can take a look at the attic but no one ever shows up.

Just do your research before you call someone and hopefully this review prevents another rip off and disappointment.

I had a new system installed in September and have yet to receive the warranty paperwork I have been requesting repeatedly since (it’s been nearly 3 months). During the installation, they did not measure correctly and left an unsightly mess on my ceiling in their poor efforts to cover up the oversized opening they mistakenly made. Furthermore, despite my best efforts to have them coordinate on the project with my contractor, I have recently been informed that they installed it incorrectly and it must be moved in order to be serviced properly in the future. Once more, I called to ask when they are coming back to move it so I can enclose it and I have yet to hear back!

By far one of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever had. First they send me a tech who unfortunately lacked experience and misdiagnosed my unit. Then they send me a second tech who again gave us the wrong information as to what our problem was. I thought I had warranty which is the only reason I decided to give them a chance, after I found out I was responsible for payment I called everyone BUT them. Not worth the headache, save your time and money and call someone else.

Had a wonderful experience with Gateway, had some questions, very informative. Made me feel very assured with what was going on. Thank you Gateway.

Fachada de tu casa , el sistema de extracción de los baños todo equivocado , instalaron mal la tubería de el gas Freon , no lo recomiendo no saben lo que hacen

This company is bad.....I wouldn't recommend it to anyone here in Laredo unless you like to have them back in your house 100 times........I wish I can share pictures with you all....pictures speak athousand words
