Absolutely outstanding service! Ignacio Rodriguez, the owner of Twisted Air, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning, went above and beyond to help us on a Friday night emergency. Within just an hour, he was at our home—prompt, professional, and fully prepared. Our AC unit had completely stopped working due to a burnt-out transformer caused by an exposed wire, and Ignacio wasted no time diagnosing the issue and walking us through every step of the repair.

What really stood out was his honesty and clarity—he didn’t just fix the problem, he explained exactly what went wrong and how he was going to fix it. It’s rare to find someone who is so courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient all at once. Attempted to set an appointment 2 times... was told I would be called back and never received the calls. The next day I called 3 times throughout the day and my calls were forwarded all 3 times. Very unprofessional And just lost who would have been a good client that would have brought you plenty of business.
