I’d like to thank Mr. Rodriguez from Twisted Air and Refrigeration for doing an outstanding job on a commercial refrigerator that I bought used and just powered off on me one day. I had called 3 different companies that were of no help at all and I had to pay them all service fees on top of them damaging my fridge, telling me I could never fix it, and just never returning. I thought I would never be able to get the refrigerator working again but then I called Mr. Rodriguez at Twisted Air and he came by exactly when he said he would and on that same day, 2 hours later the fridge that 3 other companies said would never work started working again after Mr. Rodriguez worked on it. This is what makes the difference between someone who takes their profession seriously and actually knows what he’s doing as opposed to other people who just want to rip you off. I called Mr.Rodriguez based on a recommendation. My A/C was dripping water that was staining my ceiling. He was able to come in after hours on a Friday night to take a look and fixed the problem right away. Price was extremely reasonable and communication was prompt and clear. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of service, and I will continue to use Twisted Air for maintenance of my A/C, 10/10 service!

I noticed that my AC was only blowing hot air around 8-9pm. Tried seeing what the problem was and couldn’t fix it. Every AC company I was recommended was closed. Decided to search for a 24/7 option here in Laredo and this business was the first one to show for me. Thank god for that! I called him at 10:55pm and he was here at my house by 11:25pm. He fixed my issue in less than 45 minutes and was wonderful, kind, and respectful. I can’t recommend Ignacio enough. He even took the time to show me what the problem was and how he fixed it. He will be my go to for any future problems with my AC unit. You can’t go wrong with him! 😊
