Fantastic! AJ and team do a great job. My front yard especially was in bad shape and within about 2 months, working with the Hippie crew, it was transformed.

AJ and his team have done a great job improving the health and look of my grass ~ his office staff (Casie) is also great at communicating and follow through. We are very happy with Hippie Fertilizing and the quality of services provided!

After watching Hippie Fertilizing videos on YouTube I was sold on the organic fertilizing. AJ came to my home and provided excellent service took time out to explain the products being used and how they will work and after just 2 weeks the results were showing exactly how he explained it. Lawn care expertise with a nice scope of services. Well priced, timely and friendly. Set up and within 72 hours on time and work underway. (because it worked put and weather was good). AJ actually cares - which seems to be uncommon today - plus good pricing?!!! Highly recommend - i will be using broader services in the future and will be a return customer.

AJ did an AMAZING job recovering my lawn! I was ready to give up and just re-sod my entire lawn, but after (thankfully!) coming across his website and watching his videos I was motivated to give Hippie Fertilizing a try. Sooooooo glad I did! Several years ago, my back lawn was a mess. I had tried several different well known lawn companies, and I had even tried to take over the fertilizing and weed control. Then by chance, I found the information for Hippie Fertilizing. I was intrigued by someone who wanted to treat your lawn organically and do away with harmful insecticides and weed control chemicals. I am very thankful for AJ and his revolutionary program for treating lawns because my lawn has never look better. It is the healthiest it has ever been, and I love AJ’s commitment to making my lawn even look better.

AJ worked really well with me to right size a plan for my yard. I really appreciated that he understood I wasn’t trying to turn it into a golf course, but I wanted a robust green space for nature and my dogs. I really appreciated that there was no hard upsell. He seemed genuinely interested in finding the right solution for my needs

I only went to the website to inquire about service and looked at their services provided. I did not ever schedule anyone to come out to my home.
I had a man show up in regular street clothes unannounced at 7pm one night telling my husband I wanted him to come give me a quote. That was false. He left my house and then sent me a text message and 8 emails about signing the contract. I then had another man show up the next week while I was having my yard serviced by another company and he said he was told I wanted a quote. I told him I did not request anyone to come to my house and I was happy with my service. He skipped a day and came back a day later. I did not answer the door for fear of my safety. He left a doortag with his cell phone number. During the entire process of these events, I notified TruGreen each time and nothing was done to end this. Please choose wisely as there are other competitors and are professional and respectful that can do a great job on your lawn and you feel good about the experience.

Today was my first treatment with this company. Ashar R went above and beyond what I expected. She went all around my property throughly with a brush and removed all the insect nests before she sprayed. She was very knowledgeable about insects and lawn care. A great first impression for sure.

Received a very detailed report on my lawn after DJ Britton's treatment. He found an additional item that needed treatment and scheduled that. Great service

I had complained that my trees and shrubs in my backyard had not been serviced. If I had taken the time to look I would have seen that they gab been serviced. I apologize to the technician. She did a great job despite my rating her a 1 star. I am truly sorry.

Trey was a great guy explain everything he was going to be doing. I watch him on cameras 📷 he did exactly what I thought he would do. I'm very happy so far with service. I would like to have do my yard every time if possible. Thanks 👌🏾

I have used Chemlawn for a number of years. I can honestly say I’ve never had a manager or a service technician who has given such attention to detail on my lawn. David was knowledgeable, communicative, and accessible. I couldn’t have been more pleased. I am aware that he is a manager, but I wish I had him every time! He’s phenomenal!

There are no details He was on time and treated my trees and bushes. He unlocked my back yard gate and brought my key back and locked the gate and left the info on what he did at my front door knob. These are my instructions and he followed them perfectly.

I’ve used TruGreen for years until recently.

I made more than one complaint about the techs not spraying all the square footage. The complaints included not having two techs on my property. Also, called the corporate office twice.

One day I called to get my lawn service rescheduled and was told one of the techs I requested to not come to my home was going to come. I asked the Rep how could this be and if my request was in the system. She replied yes but a higher rep said it wasn’t in another system. I was put on hold to ensure it was in the system.

TruGreen sent a different tech. This tech knocked over the property in my backyard, left his sweaty towel on my lawn, bawled up my receipt and it was ripped off, and didn’t spray the whole square footage.

I contacted TruGreen for the third to fourth time within weeks. I requested a lawn re-service and to speak to a manager. I’ve spoken to two managers about my bad experiences ( I have notes that include the names of all parties involved).

On the day of my re-service, the same tech I requested not to come to my home was at my home. I texted David and asked why was he there. He mentioned the other tech and didn’t know. I asked if he read the notes in my account and he did not. He mentioned the tech availability over another tech and that was the reason for him being at my home. His lack of attention to detail is unacceptable.

After canceling the service a Rep left a voicemail and sent me an email saying one of the managers was coming to my home. This was alarming because I told the manager to not come to my home. I emailed her back asking if she read the notes in my account and if the manager came to my home I would call the police.

This company personnel need training. They displayed a lack of customer service, system efficiency (read account notes), respect for customers' personal property, and integrity.

RD very professional. Good communication. Did an excellent job servicing the whole yard.

Today was the first day for the beginning of getting my dead lawn to come back to life and I’m excited.

David was friendly and answered all my questions.

Genaro is my guy from TruGreen. He is awesome! Always smiling, friendly and helpful even in 100 degree heat! He has answered all my questions and made great suggestions without being pushy. Our yard looks so much better now. All of the horrible burrweed is gone! I can walk in the grass without fear of stickers! Has definitely improved our yard so much!

John was so friendly and answered all of our questions. I finally feel confident about our yard. We have just begun this adventure and I am so pleased with everything John told us. So happy he is working with us to have a beautiful yard.
