We have a home in the west end of Galveston Island. We had been away for several weeks for personal travel. When we returned we knew immediately that our lift station to the sewer line was not working correctly. In spite of many calls asking for help, only All Clear Plumbing responded to our call and immediately started working on a proper resolution. Martin quickly assessed the problem and needed resolution. Parts were ordered and picked up and installed...all in a matter of two days!
Martin also contacted the City of Galveston to assure them that the repairs were done properly as well as timely. The price for the new parts and repairs, all warranted, were very fairly priced! Thank you, Martin!

Zack came ti see why we didn't have any hot water. Our new thankless water heater was nit working right. Zack came on the same day I called and took care of the problem. He us such a nice and polite person. So happy that he came and he made me feel comfortable since I don't like having to call and ask for help. Thank you for having such a nice employee

Highly recommend all clear. My tech, Zach, was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to walk me through options and explain repairs before and after service. He installed a new water line for my fridge and repaired a gas leak.

We had a gas leak under the cooktop and was fixed by your workers, Dylan Walding and his partner. We were impressed with Dylan’s strong work ethic, compassionate and approachable manner. We are completely satisfied with the repair results.

Called them out to change a valve on a bath tub. I already knew what needed to be done. And had a reasonable expectation of what that may cost and was fully willing to even overpay slightly in order to get the work done quickly. Was told they DO NOT replace multi head systems but always convert them to a single. Which would require special plates, cutting into the drywall, and other "very nice looking" equipment. Was given the option of a basic system with a 2 year warranty or an upgraded "high-end" system with a 4 year warranty. They emailed me the quote. $1,600 for the basic. $2,050 for the upgraded. I said I felt that I was pretty much being gouged. I was then told "well you have to pay the service charge then". $69 not for a diagnostic because I already knew the issue. But $69 to get price gouged beyond any reasonable expectation. I understand businesses exist to turn a profit. I understand commission to the salesman. All of the makes sense and I support it. But this was beyond any reasonable expectation or approach. There was no effort to do what I wanted. Spend a fortune or too bad. Called another plumber who is coming to do what I asked and already quoted me for the job.
These are the shady tactics usually saved for little old unsuspecting ladies. I'll never call them again. Definitely won't recommend. Seems like other people were happy with them. Maybe I just got unlucky.

Two techs (Zach and Neal) came the morning I called and did a drain cleaning, very professional and never tried to upsell me. Would use again.

First off, I want to say this is an amazing company. They keep you informed every step of the way. We had a main sewer line issue that caused us to be unable to use our plumbing. Zach came out on a Saturday and got us up and running. Zach is very honest and trustworthy. He knows all about plumbing and what it would take to get my sewer lines replaced. He is the reason we chose to use this company for our whole home sewer line replacement. Once the plan was in place and approved the install crew came out to handle things Dylan and Austin were so great and professional. The install was done on time and they cleaned up afterwards. We have been burned by contractors in the past so I was hesitant and concerned when the warranty company sent out this plumber. However, once we met Zach we knew we could trust him and that was good enough for us. He lives up to his word and stands behind his work. Our sewer lines are working great and now we have found a great person and plumber to help us in the future. If you are looking for a plumber, these are your people. Thank you for rescuing us and being so great.

Got robbed they charged me $560 for 30 minutes to tell me my problem and it would of cost 12,000 to fix the problem and even wouldn’t approve me watch out who you pick to do your plumbing work sounds good at first and then when you get to looking at other things, prices go with it higher and higher

Zack O did a terrific job clearing a main drain line in our master bathroom. He explained everything ahead of time and worked quickly and efficiently. We had all of our old galvanized pipes in our entire house replaced by All-Clear Plumbing. Zach first gave us the original estimate.
