I came in for two capacitors and a motor for my outside ac unit. The service was top notch and they had everything I needed in stock. The building was recently built so everything is bright and clean.

Shop here is you like to call beforehand and verify they have the fitting you need, only to be told they don't have it after you waste time driving there.

I appreciate Mr. Jake on the pluming side with sales, i have been searching for a specific water meter box. He went above and beyond to help me find what i was looking for! Great customer service!

First of all I see a one star review because they only sell to contractors. This is very normal for these types of supply houses. If your not a contractor then Lowe's or Home Depot is the best options out there for bigger supply chains. I personally only deal with the HVAC side but my experience has always been amazing. Friendly staff that is knowledgeable in HVAC, clean and organized sales floor, every visit I'm reminded about their price matching which they are very happy to do and if I call which a question and they don't know off the top of their head they take my number down and promptly call me back.
