I couldn’t be happier with Paul's Lawn and Landscape. They squeezed me in on short notice and even adjusted their schedule to get the job done before the rain hit. That level of responsiveness and customer care is hard to find. Will definitely be using them again!

Work provided was just like what we discussed & at a fair price. The customer service from initial call, estimate process & the workers was wonderful. I will definitely use Paul’s Lawn & Landscape Services for future projects

I've previously written a 5 star review for this company (May 2018) after they installed new sod in our front and backyard, replaced the irrigation system and had a fence put in. All in all, it was over $10k worth of work and it was done exceptionally well. After the work was done, we used the landscaping services every few months to clean up the edges of the yard (in addition to our weekly mowing we do ourselves). We have always paid the standard $45 per visit and were happy with the service provided. One month ago we scheduled this same service and I was told that the new price was "$45 per man hour, including 3 workers". I took that to mean I would be charged per hour now instead of the flat fee for the visit. Well imagine my shock when our card was charged $170!!!!! For lawn mowing, edging and mowing the dirt areas close to the ground. The same exact service we have been getting for the past 18 months! In fact the service this past visit was well below the standards of previous visits. I have spoken with numerous office staff regarding the ridiculousness of this price. They said that the price is now $45 per MAN per HOUR! The yard people were here for 1 hour and 15 mins. It took so long because they first blew all the leaves into the grass, mulching them in and turning our yard completely brown. We are selling our house need it to look perfect so I had to ask them to please rake it all off the lawn. This resulted in an extra 30 mins of work. Besides that mess, WHO PAYS $170 to have their lawn mowed?!?!?!?!?! Our yard is not even a large yard by any stretch. After fighting them on this for the past 2 weeks, I received a refund of 20% ($30). I am so deeply disappointed in this company for rearranging words in their pricing in order to charge 4 TIMES the amount as before. It is such a shame they have resorted to doing business this way. I will never use this company or recommend them to any of my friends or neighbors again.

Lawn crew does an incredible job every time. They are quick and efficient. They definitely need some help in the scheduling department, But their work speaks for itself.

I had a fantastic experience working with Paul’s Lawn. They delivered a beautiful sanctuary in my backyard in the budgeted time and money they promised. My yard was a blank slate with a new pool but no landscaping. Paul, Josh and their team not only listen to my vision, they added their own recommendations and created a space that was beyond my expectations. They did all of the hardscape including steal, stone, stucco planters, and artificial turf. As well as adding leveling, a ton of sod, sprinkler system and beautiful plantings. Their team was very respectful of our space. I will definitely use them again for my next project.

We had Paul's do some landscaping in our backyard, scraping a weed covered corner, installing landscape fabric, and a couple inches of riverbed gravel.
Then we pushed them into uncommon territory and had them re-skin our garden shed, which had 20yr old fiber board siding. It was completely rotting out along the bottom, but since the shed was built with a complete pressure treated under-deck, the bones were still good. It took 2 guys 3 days, in 100+ deg. heat, but they did an excellent job. They installed hardiplank siding and trim and built two custom doors. The shed is like new and ready for the next 20 years

I was excited to use Paul’s landscaping after seeing some of their work at a local business. I was quickly disappointed. I called 4x over a period of 2 months and left voicemails. No one ever returned my calls. I called one last time and a lady answered. She stated they have a “dead” line and a good number so they never got my messages. (Super frustrating! Might be good for business to disconnect the old #).
She sent Josh to give an estimate. He took measurements and we planned the project. He said he would get an estimate to me in a few days and would send me the fence company’s info. 9 days and 2 voicemails later (with no return calls) I got an incorrect estimate and no fencing info. I dread trying to communicate with them about this as valuable time goes by. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone. If you want to feel unimportant and forgotten, you might be happy with them. Not for me.

We are beyond thrilled with this Co. Paul, Josh and the entire crew are hands down the best landscape pros I have had the pleasure of working with. I’ve been in real estate going on 20 years and I’ve not met a company that can rival them in price, process and product. The are flexible, creative, collaborative and so reliable. Not to mention their prices are hands down the best I’ve encountered. My husband asked that I add that they arrive early, stay late and have exceeded our expectations throughout this entire process. Our project is front and back on over a third of an acre (with many challenges) and includes, retaining wall, front yard fence, numerous planters, incredible hard scape design and lighting. Our flower beds will be extensive front and back on a corner lot and I feel so confident about the outcome. They are as efficient and professional as they come. If only all trades and contractors kept a standard that Paul’s does. I will gladly share photos of the finished product when we are done. Thank you Paul, Josh, Juan and all the masterful tradesmen that have spent time sharing their time and expertise to craft our dream home vision!

Honestly cant give this place a high enough review. Great price's, great communication, great product, efficient as a company can be. We have used them for sawd going on four times because we think theyre amazing. Thanks again guys!

We love our new outdoor living space that Josh helped us bring to life. Any questions we had or tweaks we made along the way were answered and addressed. There was always someone on site that we were able to communicate with. Highly recommend Paul’s if you are looking for a company that listens, works with you, and wants to do a good job!!

Great as always...Called Shawna about a downed tree that came down in a storm. The tree was partially blocking a lane of traffic on my street. She had someone out within the hour to remove it. We can always count on them when we need them.

Can't say enough great things about Paul and his crew. I am on the board of the Cedar Park Youth League and Paul's Lawn handles the landscaping and grass around the park and it looks better than it has in decades. Highly recommend.

I had a sprinkler system and new lawn turf installed. The price was competitive with others, but I chose Paul's to do the work since they were one of the few who could do both projects. My thinking was, if there's an issue with the lawn, the lawn installer can't say its the sprinkler installer's fault - one stop shopping.

The lawn install went well enough. They did a nice job with the border stones and rock-bed around some existing bushes, and they did install a base layer of some soil-sand mix.

The issue I had was with the sprinkler install. The trenching and installation of the pipes went well, but they couldn't get the adjustments of the heads correct. There was always part of the yard that wasn't covered, even after the installation team tried 3-4 times to adjust the heads.

In the end the owner, Paul, came out (he hadn't been here up to that point), largely because I had refused to pay the half outstanding due to the sprinkler heads not being adjusted correctly (I paid half up front and was to pay the remainder once the work was done). He said the amount was due, and the adjustment was a warranty issue to be completed after final payment. I told him I didn't accept that, and the job isn't complete until all of the work is complete.

In the end, Paul sent his guys back out, after having seen the yard, and after he gave them instructions on how to adjust the sprinkler heads.

After that latest adjustment, Paul called me for payment, without asking if the heads were adjusted correctly - he was continuing to insist this was a warranty issue. Luckily, the heads were now adjusted to cover the entire yards and I made the final payment, but I was disappointed to see our argument would have likely escalated if the heads were still not correct and I was still refusing to pay until they were correct.

So, in summary, the owner, Paul, seems to know how to do lawn and sprinkler installation, but his team doesn't have the same level of knowledge. Also, the warranty work thing is something you may have to deal with - he may insist on getting paid when the work is finished but done incorrectly, promising to fix the job under warranty after final payment, which unfair to customers.

Would I call them out again? Maybe. They generally did a good job. I'd only agree to another project after having a discussion with the owner to clarify that final payment would only be made after the job was finished correctly, and have none of the, work TBD later under warranty, stuff.

Our experience was outstanding. We had significant landscape renovation and construction of a steel pergola. Oscar was very responsive, the work was completed to our satisfaction, and the cost was lower than all other bids. Highly recommend!
