Grass Works team spend 2 hours cleaning up our yard, flower beds, trees and bushes. The owner was very easy to get a hold of and response was quick. Collected all leaves at the end of the general clean up and also took our dead plants that we put on the side of the house. We have 2 oaks in the from that have give the grass a hard time on growth but we are looking for a more suitable option that I know Grass Works can help us with. Will continue to use them!

I want to tell Grass Works what a great crew you have. They were the most conscientious, hard working guys I have ever encountered. With crews like this, your company is bound to get 5 star reviews regularly. The yard has a big retaining wall and unlevel rugged terrain sloping 45ft making it difficult to maintain. They cleared all the under growth, removed invasive plants, bagged leaves, trimmed trees, and mulched. Couldn't be more pleased with your service. Sorry, but I only remember one name, Jose. Please let all 3 of them know how much they are appreciated.

Grass Works and their crew really came through! After my previous groundskeeper retired, I contacted multiple top rated landscaping services for quotes to mow my established lawn. I couldn't be more pleased that upon careful consideration, I selected the professionals at Grass Works as our new go-to crew! Conducting a new search allowed the grass to grow higher than typical between cuts in an abnormally wet period. Grass Works blazed through the overgrown lawn, leaving behind a sculpted yard to be once again proud to view. Unmatched communication was another hallmark that made Grass Works stand out. Because it was spring, we had several freshly planted flower beds that lacked edging. We contacted their friendly staff prior to our scheduled service, shared the areas to exercise caution, and much to our relief, their skilled professionals took great care to protect the tender young vegetation. I would strongly recommend Grass Works to anyone on the hunt for a quality landscaping service with reasonable rates!

I’m so glad we switched to Grass Works. We’ve used gardeners and other lawn care services in the past but honestly we didn’t start seeing an improvement in our front and back yards until we started using Grass Works. On top of that their gardening service has been amazing! The trees and shrubs are always trimmed artfully, and they come very frequently too. Highly recommend their services.

Grass Works did a sod installation for me yesterday. The guys arrived early, made it a point to speak with me to confirm everything on the work order, then did a beautiful installation. My property has a lot of rocks, and they did such a great job prepping the area and adding plenty of topsoil before installing the sod. They cut and matched the pieces to fit perfectly so when you look at it from a distance you can't even tell this is new grass. My yard looks like it was transformed overnight and I couldn't be happier. I will be using Grass Works for all my lawn and garden installations from here on out. Don't even bother calling anyone else. Go with Grass Works. You won't regret it.

I've been using Macario Brothers Lawn Care and couldn't be happier with the results. Ryan and his team truly take care of your lawn like it's their own. His customer service is top-notch—reliable, responsive, and always friendly.

The biggest difference I've noticed is from their fertilizer and weed control program—it's completely transformed my yard. The grass is greener, thicker, and healthier, and the weeds are practically non-existent. You can really tell they use quality products and know exactly what they're doing.

I hired Grass Works for initial clean up of my lawn ($135 per hour). My hedges were left uneven, only the front of them were trimmed and the front of the bed was raked of leaves. The back of the hedges were not cut back from the window, leaves were not raked behind the hedges, leaves not removed underneath corner hedge and lots of grass clippings and sticks left in yard. This is not what I expected from a 4-man professional crew who does this type of work on a daily basis. I emailed the owner to request that they complete the job. I was not impressed with this company at all.

This company really impressed me with helping me make things right. They ended up getting my truck washed for me after blasting it with their mower. Everyone was kind throughout and I want to say thank you!

My front lawn was pure dirt and I hired Lawn Worksto put in new sod. LawnWorks' quote was a third of what other companies quoted. They were also able to do the job more quickly than the competition. My lawn looks amazing now and I am thrilled!

Acceptable services, but If ONE thing goes wrong, they will blame YOU and fire you as a customer.

These guys provided fairly good service, until...one of their crew members took a pair of old metal bedrails I had leaned against my house for 15 minutes while I ate dinner and threw them into my driveway without mentioning to me or my Wife.

My Wife backed out of the driveway in her car and ran over them and damage was done to our car. I reached out to Grassworks and did not get a response for several days. When I did get a response, they blamed my Wife for backing over the metal bed rails and refused to even apologize.

Best part, they charged us for the Month of July, then stopped service without notification, all because we asked them to do something, anything to repair the damage done to our car. There was no compromise, there was no 'lets work together' just rude, curt and blame towards us for what their team did on video camera btw. :)

This was all managed by Mark, their general manager I am told. No problem, we've moved on and we will campaign with our neighbors to advise them to change services because if ONE thing goes wrong, Grass Works will NOT be there to make it right.

We have used Grass Works for 3 years, we have been beyond pleased with their care of our yard. Anytime we have an issue they are quick to respond and help us resolve it (rpz repair or specific trimming). We were very clear early on we didn’t want a mow and go crew and they have always gone above and beyond with competitive pricing since we hired them. I would highly recommend trusting them to care for your yard at your home or business.

Here is my recent experience with Grass Works Lawn Care. Besides the bi-weekly lawn service that I received until this week, I had them check to see if my sprinklers were all working properly and had them make a couple of repairs. I proceed to have them remove and install a new 30 gallon tree. The tree had curled leaves upon installation, but I thought I would give it a couple of weeks to see how it responded. After the two weeks I had someone come out and they said I was overwatering it and that is why the leaves were hard and curled. Two more weeks have passed and the tree is completely dead. Grass Works Lawn Care solution is to give me a 10% discount on another $600 tree to replace the one that was not healthy when planted. Argh! Needless to say, I've now switched service providers.

Wow! What an amazing job and crew. 12 pallets of St Augustine, the dirt and prep work all done in one day!! I would highly recommend Grass Works! Benny and his crew were awesome!

Jacob was out twice looking over our yard to help up plan what we needed to do. The crew did a fantastic job. We now can see the lake.

Before you hire Grass Works Lawn Care, be sure to read their reviews on YELP. They have better reviews on Google because the owner will reveal his customer/reviewer's FULL NAME in his replies on Google, and then the customer/reviewer will take it down because the veil of anonymity has been taken from them. The owner is aggressive and will call his customers and threaten them if they do not take down their unfavorable reviews. Ferris MyCue got very angry when a customer mentioned his name in a Yelp review, even thought Yelp lists Ferris as the owner! The guy is unhinged. He posts extremely aggressive and rude replies. He has deleted several of his nasty replies, but the reviews on YELP are accurate. His office team follows Ferris' lead with totally unprofessional replies. There are so many other companies to choose from. Don't waste your time or money with this one. ABC is professional, has great customer service, and is cheaper than Grass Works.

Wow wow wow!!! What a difference professional landscaping makes! My yard was a mess, Grassworks got us back on track and we couldn’t be happier with the results. I wish I had taken before pics. I 100% recommend Grassworks for any of your landscaping wants/needs.

Excellent professional care provided. Always on schedule, very good and frequent customer communication. The crew maintains our rather large corner landscape in a pristine manner. They recently accommodated my request to come earlier in the day due to electrical work being done. Simply superb company at a reasonable cost. SG
