I reached out to D&L landscaping through their website. Within a few days they contacted me and asked if I would be available for an appointment on May 15th at 12:30. On the morning on the 15th I received an email asking if we could reschedule the appointment for 1:30. My husband and I had to do rearrange our schedule, but we agreed to the change the time. Well at 1:14 we received a phone call asking if we could change the appointment yet again. We declined.

I have used D&L Landscaping and Erasmo's team several times for lawncare/landscaping and I am ALWAYS pleased with the job they do and their friendly services. Erasmo is an honest person and has talked me out of things that other companies have told me I needed. I definitely recommend them!

Erasmo and his team have exceeded my expectations in terms of promptness, efficiency, and transparency. This is my first Google review and I felt that recognition was needed here. I had delayed laying new sod for about a year because I was unable to find reasonable and timely estimates for St. Augustine grass. I emailed D&L landscaping and was seen that SAME week for an estimate (even when it was pouring rain here in Leander). Erasmo was extremely helpful providing recommendations and sent an estimate within 1 hour after leaving my house. He, along with his team, were here the next week (working with my schedule) ready to lay the sod. We also need 6 tree stumps removed and by far was the most reasonable quote. We also needed a new sprinkler system to replace our 20 year old existing one and Erasmo had it installed the same day. After said sprinkler system has suddenly stopped working (due to external wiring conditions from bad weather), I texted late in the afternoon and he was here the next morning troubleshooting. It doesn’t sound like my experience is unique considering all the other positive reviews, but I do think it’s worth sharing. Erasmo is not only kind, humble, and extremely knowledgeable, but you can tell that he truly cares about the quality of his work (which seems rare).

D&L Landscaping put in rock curbs around our trees and flowerbeds. They now look fantastic. They were clear with their bid and completed the work in a timely manner.

Set up an appointment days in advance and had appointment between 10-12. Took off work to meet them for the work. By 12:30 called for an ETA as nobody had shown up. Was told that the installer was held up from a job from the day before. He let them know this morning he would be late and probably wouldn't make my appointment. They knew that morning, but never called me to let me know even though I took off work. I asked why they hadn't called me and she said the day wasn't over they would have called me eventually. As that is really helpful after I sit around and wait all day. They also tell you they begin charging you by the hour when they leave their office to come to your house. Not sure how anyone can track that time.

You saying I was uncooperative because I don't want to pay $105 an hour to talk to you on the phone. I stated this when I made the appointment that I would prefer to have someone onsite that could quote me the prices and the landscaping prices. I said this upfront - you didn't show up and then call me uncooperative. Not a good way to run a business.

I recently built a home in Liberty Hill on a very raw and challenging lot which my builder left in a terrible mess. D&L did an excellent job trouble shooting with design and execution. Rick and Hector are incredibly hard working guys and did an awesome job creating an amazing xeriscape environment. Erasmo exceeded my expectations with labor, material and delivery. I'm super happy with their work and we have more to do.

D&L has provided lawn care services for us for over 10 years. Highly dependable. No hesitancy with recommending D&L to others.
