Paul is fantastic! Of course our AC went out before the hottest day of the year, Paul was here same day to diagnose and we were up and running in a short time. His communication was so appreciated and his commitment to his customers is next level. I found his pricing to be a bargain!

Paul at Patriot Appliance was awesome! My central heating system wasn’t working, and he came out quickly, figured out the problem, and got it fixed in no time. He explained everything in a way I could actually understand and didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. The price was totally fair, and he got the job done without any hassle. I’m super impressed and would definitely call him again if I need help. Highly recommend!

Patriot Appliance recently installed a new HVAC unit in my home residence, and their service far exceeded my expectations. After shopping around, I found Paul's pricing to be more than reasonable. He's also no newbie - he's been doing this for over 20 years - so he does a great job of confidently detailing the process and choice of units.

On the day of installation, they arrived promptly in the morning and worked all day to get things working right. After this first long day, he let me know the attic door and trim had to be removed. After they left, I also noticed the new unit installed was defective - not their fault, of course - but Paul promptly came back and addressed both issues. He added a new door and trim (that look even better than before if I may add) as well as changed the defective thermostat for me without a fuss.

Everything works flawlessly now and I'm very much looking forward to staying cool this summer! Working with Patriot Appliance was seamless and professional and I'll definitely be calling them for any HVAC (and other appliance!) needs in the future!

This is my second visit from Paul. He came out in 2023 when I first bought the place and did a great job then. But, yesterday, I discovered my thermostats were not functioning properly. He came over this morning and worked his magic, and the cool air is back! It is so wonderful to find an honest person of integrity who does such a professional job! Here’s to more businesses like Patriot Appliance and AC Service!!

On a Sunday afternoon, my tenants informed me that the Samsung refrigerator wasn't cooling effectively, so when I reached out to our previous appliance repair guy and found out they were closed on Sunday, I found Paul and Patriot Appliance Repair.

Within 36 hours, they came out to the house twice to troubleshoot the issue and had the parts ready to repair the fridge with minimal disruption to my tenants. The price was reasonable, and I'd definitely be sure to reach out to them for any other appliance issues moving forward.

I had a pleasure to use this company to replace the entire hvac system. Paul Laurentiu, the owner, showed up the same day I called, he inspected, took a video of the problem. I decided to replace the unit for a brand new one. He removed the old unit, installed the new one, cleaned up, took pictures, communicated throughout the process, and was very kind to explain everything and answers to “ the never ending questions”, lol. I would recommend his company. He does repairs of fridges, washers, dryers, ac units… I definitely will be using his services in the future.

I've used Paul a couple of times now and he's fantastic. Very quick to answer and deliver. Plus, he's incredibly thorough and makes sure I understand exactly what he's doing and why. As with most houses, my builder cut some corners on my AC system and he's helping get that back under control. And, Paul is just generally a nice guy who cares about customers. If you're on the fence or don't have a good AC / Heating guy, give Paul a call.

My A/C stopped working tonight around 8 PM. I called 5 companies before finding Patriot. Paul (the owner) answered my call and immediately began to help me diagnose the issue. After determining what the problem was, he walked me through how to fix the issue on my own. I called him 4 times on a Tuesday night after 8 PM and he was extremely patient and helpful. Our A/C is now working great again.

He could have easily come out and charged me hundreds of dollars to fix a simple issue, but instead he put the customer needs above everything else.

Paul got a lifetime customer tonight and I plan to refer anyone I can to him. Cannot recommend him enough!!!

Our AC stopped cooling over the weekend. After researching companies in Leander I ran across Patriot Appliance & AC Repair. I called this morning & Paul was able to come out this afternoon. Paul is knowledgeable, professional, & friendly. He kept me updated on estimated arrival time & explained what he was doing in detail. He had the problem fixed in under an hour. Highly recommend!

I called this place on a crazy weather day and Paul came right away to fix our refrigerator. He did a great job, he was honest and professional. I recommend this place.

Paul was very fast, knowledgeable and friendly. He got me on the schedule faster than any other company I called. That is so very important in the middle of a Texas summer. The best in business!

Paul was prompt and fixed fast the problem. His trip fee was reasonable and the final cost was a lot lower than the last company that I used. He explained that the capacitor was the problem, and he explained how the AC system worked.

Paul gave me recommendations on the thermostat settings and to leave the fan on automatic instead of on mode to allow the HVAC to work properly.

Paul is the best!
