They were extremely responsive from the start, assigned a technician immediately for same-day service, and were even able to arrange a portable unit in the meantime to provide relief from the heat — I really appreciate that level of customer-oriented service. I also received text updates and could track the technician’s location on a map, which made it easy to plan my schedule.

Jason Haywood was the technician assigned to my case. He arrived on time, performed a thorough assessment using proper equipment, and determined that the compressor was actually fine. He discovered that the pressure in the outgoing pipe was lower than expected, tested the filter and expansion valve, and identified a faulty valve. After replacing the valve, the AC unit was running perfectly again. Jason also patiently answered all my questions, which I really appreciated.

The AC was not working 4 days after moving into the new house. I called our realtor and she recommended TemperaturePro. I called at 8am and Jason stopped by at 3pm. He did a walk through and found the issue right away. It was simply a light switch in the attic. It was bumped when moving extra items to the attic space. Jason walked through the house and noticed a few things with the filters and made some suggestions. We could have easily been told it was a major repair and had not known the difference. We felt so comfortable with his honesty that we signed up for the annual service.
I called my realtor and thanked her as well.

How refreshing to have an honest and trustworthy repair service. Thomas came out to service our broken blower motor and gave me every instruction necessary to fix it myself, saving me hundreds. When my capacitor went out a few months later he offered the same, but I was happy to pay him for his services this time as I knew he deserved it. Oh and did I mention they responded both times on the day-of via direct text, and arrived with a fix on the same day!
