Jeremy helped fix my heater issue within 2 hours. He communicated well throughout the process, explained as he was troubleshooting and got us up and running very quickly. He is expert and goes above and beyong to ensure his customers are happy. The guy who installed my system wouldn’t show up for 2 days when our heat went out and Jeremy showed up next day to fix the issue. He is not hesitant to get his hand dirty. Jeremy is honest, punctual, and efficient. When I called, he was booked full, but I explained my predicament, and he decided to squeeze me in late in the day. He was able to locate the necessary part and get me back up and running in no time. Having no a/c when its almost 100 degrees outside and getting almost that hot inside was a source of high stress and anxiety, but Jeremy told me not to worry, that it was an easy fix. I have added Jeremy and Bluebonnet to my list of home maintenance contacts, because I want to be sure that next time I have a heating/ cooling issue, I remember to call him. Reasonable pricing/ fast response time, quality repair/ excellent communication - what more do you need?

Elevation was there when I needed them. The service was great, they told me what my options were and the cost upfront. The repairs were made quickly and at a reasonable cost. They were very courteous and cleaned up after the work. I highly recommend this company.

They are very responsive during and after business hours. My AC went completely down. They fit me in on the same day coming late in the day and working well into the evening until unit replaced. They are honest and very fairly priced.
