Very good experience With Vaquero Plumbing. Stephanie is very clear and easy to work with and getting a proper crew assembled and the problem was fixed and just a couple of days, their first stop.

Had a major plumbing issue. Called Vaquero Plumbing. They were able to come out quickly, assess the problem and make the needed repairs at a fair cost. Highly recommend this great company for all things plumbing!

This company is the BEST! From Melissa in the office to Javier & Eddy fixing a leak in our slab and installing a new hot water heater, they could not have been any more knowledgeable or professional. Eddie is phenomenal!!! He educated me and as a woman …to me that is key. He was prompt, respectful of our property, knowledgeable and was just amazing. The call center was very efficient and kind. The office lets the customer know when the tech will arrive. Eddie also shared an option for the “ club” a yearly check on all shut off valves etc in the home. I would call this company again in a heartbeat. I very much appreciate how the entire company operates from start to finish!!! I cannot recommend Carl(in) enough from Vaquero Plumbing! I had the unfortunate worst case scenario with a main line slab leak. Carl, Javi, and his contractors came in to save the day several days this week to get me back up and running. They took the time to show everything to me step by step to reassure me of their decisions, checked in with me when new issues arose, and answered any question I had. They came highly recommended in my neighborhood and I’m so thankful I chose them for this service. They now have a new loyal customer based on how this all went.

Marcus and Jackson were awesome. We had a pipe break at our house. We were desperate. They arrived within 30 minutes. They were professional. They did an excellent job. They were efficient and our pipe was fixed and working. They educated us and explained everything. They were funny and very nice. They cleaned up and moved everything back in place after they were done.

Follow-up emails and even a nice, personal thank-you kit (see photo)! Roger's is the only place I go for plumbing service. Have been a customer for over 5 years after spending years looking for an outfit in my area that comes even close to Roger's level. Highly recommended!
