Roger's Plumbing was courteous, timely, friendly and knowledgeable from the receptionist to Orlando, the individual who fixed our plumbing problem. Orlando, who was also couteous timely, friendly and knowledgeable, identified the problem, explained it and then fixed it in short order. He also identified some related things that need fixing but was OK with me holding off on them for now. I actually missed the first time they arrived and called (I had my phone on silent) but they came back later without any hard feelings about my missteps. All in all, a very good experience.

I recently worked with Marcus and Shane on replacing the sewer lines under my 50s house. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. They were the NICEST guys and just so communicative about every little thing. The whole crew was great too and the work was done on time, on budget, and without too much complication (some was expected because old houses are finicky). Highly recommend Rogers for your sewer line work. They really were top notch.

I called Roger's Plumbing to address two different gas lines. One on my furnace in the attic, and my T&P line, on my water heater needed to be going downward , and it was in a bind. I called on Monday, and they had me set up for service at 9 a.m. this morning. Orlando and Jackson showed up on time and were very courteous. My home is under renovation and they had to work around another plumbing crew, and a siding crew. Lots of things happening at one time. Orlando and Jackson assessed the appliances, and explained everything that they were going to do. I was very impressed by both of them, and look forward to working with them again.

They had everything they needed on the truck, except for a new water heater. They didn't pressure me to buy a new water heater, I opted to do that due to the age of my old one. They also gave me a quote for some other issues that are in process of being repaired, as well. I will definitely call Roger's Plumbing crew again. I feel that they were very reasonably priced, and that I received excellent service with some upgraded materials.

Huge thanks to Marc at Roger's Plumbing. His careful evaluation and honest opinion saved me from buying a new hot water heater I didn't actually need. So grateful for his integrity and expertise.

Jim Cogswell was able to come through on a last-minute service call. Not only was able to identify the problem swiftly, but he repaired it right there on the spot. From there, he was able to do some extra servicing to other plumbing in the home to get us set up for success!

Jim has always been reliable throughout the years. He has been a true asset in assisting in the smooth functioning of all our properties here in downtown Austin. Not only is he competent, honest and professional, but his attitude and demeanor is a refreshing reminder that there are still passionate people out there in the workforce. Marc was great—polite, informative, and honest. (We had another plumber tell us we needed $10K worth of work—Marc televises our lines and proved otherwise.) He arrived within an hour or so of our calling the main line for Roger’s. In the future, we won’t go anywhere where’s for plumbing needs.

Rogers plumbing is an amazing company. I was a difficult customer to say the least, but their staff really alleviated my concerns and helped me out. Linda, Jim, and all support staff were amazing as I moved into my new place and help me get things in order.

Jim was able to come on very short notice to help fix our water heater. He then diagnosed another issue with a sink and fixed that too. Greatly appreciated and will be using Roger’s again in the future.

Roger's Plumbing initially sent out Marc on my request to have my current water heater assessed, and a quote drafted for moving it into the garage. Marc was very upfront with me about my current exterior-only water heater situation, and what could be done, and had no issues with me taking time to do my own research. He provided a quote (per my request) for a new water heater with garage install, and removal/re-directing piping from the old one. He also explained in detail re: the brand they would use as per the quote. A few weeks later, I proceeded with the quote, and the install was smooth, painless, and Marc was both very clean w/ the job site debris and quick in accomplishing the task, without cutting any corners. He was also unafraid to speak about and stand by the results. Said results (new water heater) is still performing excellently a couple weeks later, having been stress tested a bit, and I am very pleased to have gone with Roger's Plumbing. Highly recommend them.

Marcus with Rogers Plumbing is the best of the best. Kind, knowledgeable, with excellent analysis and professional service. Super helpful and a wonderful person. The finished product was excellent and includes a three year warranty.

Jim was a pleasure to meet and diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to SHOW me the problem with a camera and a tablet. My pipes need some love. BTW, the camera will be used to confidently locate the sag or "belly" in that pipe for the repair. All good stuff.

Roger was able to diagnose and resolve my plumbing issue same day. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did very good quality work and cleaned up. I would recommend him for future issues

Eric with Rogers was on time, professional and great to work with. A lot of installers will not complete a job if the valve shows any age when they come to install a new appliance. Roger’s Plumbing is a local plumbing company and they price fairly. Marc has worked with us before. He’s a true professional. Put them in your contact list.

Jaskson was great! He was polite and respectful. He told me what he was doing each step of the way, asked my opinion and gave me options. He left my bathroom really clean, much better than he found it. He even brought in packages that were sitting on my front porch. She went above and beyond. I will definitely call Roger’s Plumbing next time, like I have for many years.
