Was having issues with my washing machine and Rick showed up on time to take a look. He spent a great deal of time analyzing what was wrong, determined a fix and clearly communicated what the problem was, along with what the parts and labor costs would be to repair. In just a few days, he returned (again, on time!) and made the repair. Unfortunately, *that* repair uncovered another issue, so when I called and said I was still having problems, without hesitation Rick came out for a third time, figured out what the new issues were and offered to make the repair for the cost of the parts! Can’t recommend these folks highly enough!

Excellent microwave repair! My microwave had stopped heating, and they quickly diagnosed it as a faulty magnetron. The technician had the part on hand and got it working again in no time. Of course our refrigerator started to have issues late in the day on Saturday- perfect timing, right?! I found the contact information for LEK appliance repair in a neighborhood Facebook group and reached out expecting to hear back on Monday.

Instead I heard back within 5 minutes (!!) on a Saturday evening and after a few texts back and forth I had a confirmed date and time for a Sunday afternoon service appointment and two potential solutions. Before our technician even came to the house I was confident we were in good hands.

He was able to diagnose the issue and repair our refrigerator in about a half an hour at a very reasonable price, especially since it was a Sunday house call. He was extremely courteous, professional, and kind.

Not that I want any of our appliances to have future issues, but if they do I know exactly who I'll be calling - and recommending! 5 stars really isn't enough.

We had an issue with our kitchenaid fridge. We originally had a different company look at it and because it is a bit of a unique fridge they weren’t sure how to fix it. LEK came out and did great work - they figured out what was wrong, got the parts quickly, and came back and fixed it. They also communicated very clearly over text which was convenient for us and made everything go more smoothly. I would definitely use them again for any appliance issue.

My oven, after self cleaning cicle, stopped working. We called Patriot Appliance Friday afternoon and Saturday it was fixed. Paul came and fixed it really fast, explained to us what had happened and why, and how to prevent it from happening again. He was really nice.

Wonderful experience with Paul! Came out to inspect our AC within two days of contacting him (Paul could've came out even earlier had our schedule allowed it) and then came back the very next day, a weekend, to repair our AC just before the weather got super hot. Quick and efficient when doing repairs, knew exactly what the problems was, finished the repair in no time. Absolutely recommend to everyone.

Amazing service. Paul (the owner) came out late at night for emergency work without charging an extra fee. He was there within a couple of hours of calling when others wouldn't come out until Monday. It was Saturday night. He is incredibly professional, incredibly fast, and full of incredible stories. This was the best contractor experience I've ever had. I could not be happier with the service and I will never go to anyone else for this work.
