The tech arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and clearly knew what he was doing. He diagnosed the problem quickly—it turned out to be a faulty heating element—and had it fixed right then and there. No waiting for parts or follow-up visits!

Denis was our technician and he came on time and on the same day of the call! He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it all during his visit. He explained each step throughout this whole process and was transparent with every repair.

The technician was friendly and helpful. My dishwasher wasn't working and he was able to tell it was because my garbage disposal had been installed improperly. He fixed what he could and let me know I needed a licensed plumber for my other issue. I able to get someone out to my house the morning after I called, he showed up in the promised time window, and their pricing is on par with what other companies charge. Would use them again!
Only note is that if you want to pay them with a card there is like a $8 fee, that would have been nice to hear about when I called and set up the appointment. They take cash or check without a fee.

Denis was a godsend. He arrived on schedule and went right to work. Our side by side had never had a deep cleaning so Denis had a challenge and when he finished the unit was spotless. Then, he went to work checking for the problem. I was amazed at how he explained things in a layman's terms, and appreciated that he took the time to share his knowledge with me.
Because the needed parts were not in his supplies, he had to order them and said he would be back on Monday. And true to his word, Denis arrived and had my side by side up and running in about an hour.
Such a pleasant, knowledgable person is Denis. He knows what he's doing, is thorough and leaves his work area spotless.

The part arrived within 2 business days and they fixed it the following day.

Both times, they were very clean, professional, put everything back, and left it perfect.

They were very knowledgeable about appliances - I was able to ask them a couple of questions unrelated to the appliance that was being fixed and they provided some very simple solutions for the other appliance. That was very kind and considerate. And the recommendation worked.

I love the thoroughness of the work and the detailed explanation given to me by the technician. He did upsell me a service that would help my plans last longer, but I didn’t feel as if he was up selling me for the sake of extra money for his company. His knowledge base and explanations were much more helpful than the last appliance repair man I had to come out for the same issue.
