This is the third Appliance that we’ve had them come out and work on the service is very good. I rate it 10+ the prices that they charge are very reasonable and would recommend them to anybody who needs a washer dish dryer deep freeze anything like that repaired or fixed you are the company you need to call

The problem we had with our refrigerator was taken care off very promptly! The worker name Gabe was very professional , he took the time to explain to us the problem we were having and what he had to do to correct the problem …. We highly recommend this company .

Freezer quit. The guy came out. Ran a diagnostic test and said it was the board ( whatever that is)
Waited 2 days. He came back with new part that we had to pay half of the cost plus the service charge before he would order the part. The new part that we had paid half for did not fix the problem. Then he said it was the compressor. At that point we just decided to buy a new freezer. I think we should have been given our money back on the part that didn’t work but it wasn’t even offered. I think that’s totally wrong of this company

Horrible service ! First off - gave me a window from 2-5pm . Technician showed up at 6:30pm ,in which my wife came home early to wait from 2-5pm ! Never a call to let me know they were running late . Second , I called and talked to a gentleman named Joe to have the owner call me back about questions with my order . Never received any response. Third they took a full week to fix a problem with my dryer that should have took two days to fix ! Technician was professional, however the owner and the company should not be in business. I would never use them ever again !

Texcen did not diagnose our refrigerator issue correctly the first time, however, he came back out and fixed it without charging us anything the second time. Works great now. Very happy. Would recommend

Gabe came by yesterday and determined the ice maker was dead. Installed new one today in minutes! Said it was his 3rd one today. All good.
Only suggestion would be for more communication about when they expect to arrive other than 11-2:00. Texting is easy!

Found these guys through Yelp reviews. They definitely live up to expectations! Gabriel came with parts in hand and wasted no time getting right to work. My washing machine is now running perfectly, the bill is paid, and I'll definitely keep them in mind for future repairs.

Note: the price to hook up a W/D is exorbitant! I had just moved the day prior, and thought I'd check out their prices. Couple hundred for the pair. I respectfully declined.

Such a fantastic experience. Honest, transparent, responsive, and knowledgeable. In a sea of technicians trying to dismiss concerns or over diagnose and overprice repairs, we have finally found an honest and reputable, as well as family-owned appliance repair business. Timely and professional service. Did a great job troubleshooting the weird things going on with my LG dishwasher. Figured it out pretty quickly and fixed it right up. I'm glad I don't have to handwash my sink full of dishes tonite! Yay!! Two thumbs up 👍🏻 👍🏻

My family and I have used Texcen appliance repairs for all our repair needs for years. They have always been fast and reliable weather its at any of our homes or at any of my rental properties. This company will tell you if you appliances are worth fixing or not, so you won’t be throwing money into repairs and parts that would cost you more than a new appliance. They have reasonable pricing also!!

The technician was polite and professional, but the pricing was not explained clearly. I was told on the phone the service call was $95 to inspect and diagnose, and that fee would be waived if parts were replaced.

No parts were replaced — the technician was here about 30 minutes, removed an obstruction from the vent, tested the dryer, and I was charged $180. I was told this was with the service fee waived, which was never explained upfront.

Had I known the cost would be this high for such a simple fix, I would have called another company. Pricing transparency needs improvement.

Gabriel was assigned to come and diagnose our microwave. He called and left a message that he was running behind but he would still come about 7 pm. He arrived about 7:15 and was attentive and engaging. He throughly explained the issue with the appliance and had the door switches to fix the issue. He explained the break down of the cost that seemed reasonable. I would highly recommend Texcen and would request Gabriel.

Gabriel was very thorough while checking our refrigerator. After doing the diagnostic test and adding Freon he informed us that our refrigerator was not worth fixing.
We were only charged the service call fee.
He was very professional and friendly and explained throughly and answered our questions.
Will definitely use their services again.

Garrret was extremely professional, knew exactly what to do and the prices are fair. He was Careful with everything he did and made sure that the problem was resolved. He went above and beyond and helped with another thing while he was at it. I highly recommend. Texcen For any appliance repairs. And if you need your dryer vent unclogged and airway to be flowing proper again these are the people to call 100%!
