Cold was our technician and he was really excellent. He found a bad hot water heater that had to be replaced. He tested everything after the repair. 👍

Overall excellent experience. Scheduling was easy and efficient with Joe. Our onsite tech, Cole, demonstrated subject matter expertise, was friendly, professional and time efficient. I would NOT recommend!
I called this company to look at my new dryer. They were friendly however I feel they over charged me. The guy was here less then 10 minutes the issue turn out to be simply, be that someone had knocked off the outside cover to the air exit and when they put it back on, it had blocked the flapper from opening. There was no work that actually had to be done and I was charged $150
If it was my business I would’ve just done this simply task at hand and not charge my customers an arm and a leg and actually build a relationship and clientele base with satisfied customers.

Great local appliance repair company. Hard to discern between fake reviews and real when looking at appliance repair companies. That said, Garrett showed up today and fixed it washing machine.

His techs were busy, so he hoped in a truck and cruised over. Solid service and glad to be back up and running.

Gabriel was highly competent in his repair capabilities, and a pleasure to have in our home. He took time to carefully listen to my concerns and explain the situation with conversational ease (this is a gift that not all repairmen come with!), and scheduled his return visit to make the repair. He was timely in his arrival, seemed to enjoy his work, and made a point to explain the warranty once again after finishing the job. I will definitely call Texcen again for my next appliance repair.

This company is fantastic to deal with from their customer service to field technicians. We've had them to our house multiple times for various appliances and their work has been both speedy and thorough.

The technician was very knowledgeable and used his time wisely. Came to repair my washer as soon as parts came in! Explained the issue well!!!

My tech came out 3 times to get it right. First time was evaluation, 2nd was when the part the company sent was wrong, 3rd times the charm. He got it right and it wasn’t easy.

Not recommended.Texcen failed to fix my icemaker. They installed parts that had no problem with defective parts. Instead of fixing the new problem they created, they just ignore: texts, phone call conversations with promises to call back, & online web page requests. Over $1400 later and Texcen still has not fixed the problem. Not a customer focused company. Fail / 1 star.

Gabriel was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He assessed the problem and ordered the need replacement part before leaving. He scheduled a return visit in 2 days to get my oven back up and running.
Update: Gabr6returned as promised. Even called early to let us know it would be late afternoon in case we wanted or needed to do anything in the mran time. Again, totally respectful, professional and explained everything that was going on. Completed the repair and carried away the damaged part.

Repair man misdiagnosed repair twice, charged us for parts, gave up on repairing our washing machine. Said we would get a partial refund, ghosted us. Save yourself the headache these ppl are amateurs
