When I realize that my water heater was leaking, they were able to get somebody to come look at it within a couple hours of my phone call which was really fast. They gave me an estimate and the next day we’re able to replace my leaking water heater. A The plumber explained everything to me and did a great job. The price was very fair as I had a previous estimate that was much higher.

highly recommend Excalibur- I used them previously at my condo and knew who to call when I needed a plumber at my "new" house. All of their plumbers that I have worked with are excellent. Kind, efficient, competent, and thorough. I had 2 things that needed to be fixed and Curtis was punctual and educated me on things that needed to be on my radar as a 40+ year old house. I would absolutely want to work with Curtis again!

I hired Excalibur to repair a shower faucet valve improperly installed by home flippers who didn’t know what they were doing. The plumber, Curtis arrived on short notice and was exceptionally professional and courteous in my home. He explained the issue, fixed my shower so it is working correctly despite missing parts in the shower handle (flipper nonsense again) and showed me what missing parts I need and how to install them to make it fully right. He kept this work within the standard service call price. I am exceptionally happy with the service that Curtis provided and I recommend him for any plumbing needs you may have.

Great job! Richard and his helper were right on it for a propane gas water heater replacement, checked out everything, installed the same-fit/size replacement that we had lined up already right there, and amazingly, they were done in exactly one hour! That included re-soldering the hard-piped high-pressure relief pipe back together that needed to be removed just to do the install. Quick work, and great workmanship! Highly recommended!

Great work by these guys at reasonable prices. I had to have a Pressure Reduction Valve replaced which had caused damage to my Hot Water Heater Pressure Valves and a busted sprinkler line. The team came out and fixed it up. Super friendly and courteous. Ask for Curtis he was fantastic!

Josh is the bomb. He explains things thoroughly and gives advice but never pushy. He’s been out to my home several times and before him Le Don serviced our home. I’ll never allow another plumbing company in the house; this company has my backing for as long as I’m in the general area.

Josh was on time, polite, friendly, efficient, did a great job switching out old faucets and valves, and kept the work area clean. Had to return with another part to finish and did so promptly and without going over budget.

Call to schedule a water tank flush service. The staff are nothing but professional. I had a few questions, they answered promptly. Josh and his apprentice showed up at the service explain what the procedure is as well as make some great recommendations. They left the job clean and tidy.

Josh is a very nice young man and he is very patient and professional. His helper Dustin was a nice young man as well. I am very impressed and satisfied (so far-lol) with the work that was done. Five Stars for Josh!!!
