We had a water leak somewhere as our bill kept getting higher till it tripled and we called Roger's plumbing. They were very thorough in finding it I n slab. NOT what we wanted for a quick fix, but the quoted a fair price to repair and backed it up with a good warranty.
They had to replumb the whole house so floors didn't have to be jackhammered and flooring ripped up and replaced. Very good job by Eddie and apprentice Sean. They covered holes needed to access plumbing nightly.
So far we are happy, no leaks and inspection passed.

We had an urgent issue come up when we were having new cabinets installed. Excalibur was able to get someone out in just a few hours and fix our issue. They did a great job at a competitive price.

I am a returning customer to Excalibur Plumbing and went from a big job to a smaller job, but still had the same caliber of experience. Curtis was very knowledgeable and did a thorough job.

This was in two parts as I had a tub and sink with problems. Curtis replaced the cartridge in the tub and works like a charm. He diagnosed that the sink needed a totally new assembly which I had to get. Got it in and had Curtis return today. Obviously, took a bit longer to replace the entire assembly, but it is perfect. Curtis was friendly and communicated well and left the area neat and clean ... give him 6 stars.

They came very quickly and at the time they promised. The place they had to dig was cleaned up with very little trace the space was disrupted. Their quote to do the work was very competitive. I highly recommend them.

We woke this morning to a leak at our meter this morning. Curtis came out right away and fixed it. He was very courteous and efficient. This is second time we have had a leak in the area. I've been working with Excalibur Plumbing for years, and have always been happy with the results. They aren't always the cheapest, but I firmly believe you get what you pay for. I believe they are quite reasonable for the expertise and experience they bring. They are always prompt, courteous, and professional, and they stand behind their work. Update 12-19-2025: I just used Excalibur Plumbing again to diagnose some noisy plumbing. It turned out it was due to a small leak in a builder's grade toilet, so they installed a new one. Again, I'm very happy with Excalibur Plumbing and highly recommend them!

Excaliber plumbing did an excellent job installing a new water heater that was in a very small tight spot. They came out the day I called and did the installation the next day.

Curtis came out shortly after I was notified he was en route and diagnosed the issue with my dispose-all within a few minutes. He was able to remove the old and install a new part in less than an hour and was very professional and courteous. I will certainly continue using Excalibur Plumbing.

I came home to find my hot water heater leaking slowly in the garage. A friend recommended Excalibur, so I phoned them on Saturday for an appointment Monday morning between 8-11 am. Curtis phoned around 8 am to let me know he would arrive in 30 minutes.

Upon arrival, Curtis discussed with me how the new install would go and Code upgrades that needed to be made. I left him alone and checked in periodically. In 3-4 hours, the new hot water heater was installed. Curtis showed me how to light the gas pilot light in case it ever went out and explained sediment may be in lines, so check faucet aerators.

That evening, we had wonderful, hot water again. While it wasn’t cheap, you often get what you pay for. Excalibur arrived on time, did a nice job, and communicated. I would definitely recommend them.

The plumber was above and beyond "certified/bonded." He provided a lot of good information to make a reasonable decision as a customer. It avoided "up-sell" or "fear/doubt" type of sales.

Now we've had the water heater for 6 years with zero problems! The install was great attention to detail on better copper/brass pipes, fittings & proper sealing. Along with maintenance tips for long-life.

We've used Excalibur Plubling twice now in the last 6 months or so and we have been SO pleased with the service we received! Curtis has been our plumber both times, and he gets the job done right, and he gets it done fast! They have been transparent with pricing (no unbundling and extra charges), and they've always been able to do the work same day for us! The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. They got the work done promptly. What really helped was the speed at which they were able to come and do the work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Instead of properly installing my garbage disposal Excalibur plumbing decided to do it quick. They installed my garbage disposal with only 2 out of the 3 bolts that hold the disposal in place and ensure the disposal has a proper seal so it doesn't leak. Low and behold my disposal leaked because Excalibur plumbing didn't install it correctly! Avoid using Excalibur plumbing at all cost! They might do the job fast but they definitely won't do it right!

Excalibur installed our water heater years ago and we have also used their services for several plumbing situations in the years since. They’re a very reliable and trustworthy company and have always done right by us. Curtis has come out for the last two issues and has been extremely helpful. I've dealt with Excalibur Plumbing before and they really treated me right. That's why when I needed to have a sewer pipe fixed, I called on them again. They did not disappoint! I was kept apprised of the process the entire way. These guys are very professional and were able to get the pipe fixed quickly. I can't recommend this company enough.

I called Excalibur for a home inspection and water heater flush. It was very easy to schedule appointment and reschedule it since my original date moved due to some work meetings I had.
Curtis came in the morning and he explained and inspected everything. He showed me sand that was coming out from the water heater flush and measured that the home
Pressure was 50 psi. So he examined everything and sure enough found a leak and flood under the ground in the outside home pressure valve. Curtis and Excalibur gave me a good discount to fix it immediately and also install a water shutoff valve inside the garage.
Then Curtis worked in the outside Texas heat and sun diligently to dig out and replace leaking presssure valve, and shutoff valve installation. It was super hot but he worked fast and promptly. Afterwards he tested the systems for any leaks and remeasured pressure. When pressure was still 60 psi and not 70 psi he checked further and determined that the water mains from the city was at 60. Anyhow with the leak fixed and flooded water removed, he put back the soil and put back things as they were.

Great experience with Curtis. After getting estimates to replace our pressure reducing valve from two other companies due to low water pressure in the house, we called Excalibur to get another quote. Curtis was the only one to actually take a look around our water main and realized that being an older house, we didn't even have a PRV and the low water pressure was due to something else instead - most likely the galvanized pipe water main. Going with either of the other two companies would have ended in a lot of headache and money spent without resolving the issue. Will definitely use this company again!
