Reviews of local pros in Leander, Texas

When working out of town, we often rent Airbnbs and don’t know local service providers. That’s why I was incredibly impressed with To the T Plumbing, Heating & Air in Round Rock, Texas. Despite being unfamiliar with the area, their reputation for exceptional service is well-deserved. They serve the entire Central Texas region, including Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, and Leander. Their team is professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to customer satisfaction. If you need reliable plumbing or HVAC services in the area, To the T is absolutely the company to call. They’re a family-owned business with over 15 years of experience, and their dedication to quality work truly sets them apart.

Our water heater was overdue for the annual maintenance so I called To the T. There was no delay in scheduling. The team arrived exactly at the appointment time. I was particularly impressed with their explanation afterwards about what they had done and what I could expect from my water heater in the future. Great service!

To the T Plumbing, Heating, and Air exceeded all my expectations! Lane, Seth, and James were absolutely fantastic to work with. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable.

To the T plumbing heating and air did an outstanding job on replacing a very old water heater and installing a water softner system. They explained what the job would take and the time they would take for installation of new parts. They are very organized and conscientious of the property. As they worked they would breakdown boxes and put all debris in their truck. After the installation they explained how to maintain the system for optimal operation. I am very happy with the new system and highly recommend To the T, I will be using them for my plumbing, heating and air needs from now on.

Fast, honest and great work. AC turned off and needed a new fan motor, didn't try to sell me up, but did give me all the options available for when I will likely need a full replacement. Couldn't say nicer things about these guys! Will absolutely use them for when that replacement comes.

James and Seth were amazing at fixing our ac unit issue. Their dedication and customer service was like no other. Thank you To the T Plumbing, Heating, and AC for your awesome work!

Fantastic team and amazing work. They work quickly and diligently to get the job done. Had them out 3 times now for a variety of issues and have been super impressed each time. Highly highly recommended

I contacted To the T plumbing when I discovered a puddle of water in my laundry area. They arrived on tome, explained everything they needed to do to address the problem, and stayed until the work was done. They even cleaned up after themselves, which is more than my previous service had done. Their estimate was not only reasonable, but also accurate to the penny, which I really appreciated.. I highly recommend To the T.

Seth from To the T plumbing is a consummate professional. Prompt, polite and stayed within the bid price. First class plumbing is hard to find, and yet I found it with this company. Highly recommend!

Seth and James were awesome. I had several issues that I wanted to get estimates on repairs, or replacements. Seth explained everything to me in detail and offered many solutions. Provided above and beyond service. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of using To The T Plumbing, Heating & Air for a water heater replacement in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They took the time to explain my options and helped me choose the best option for my needs. The installation process was smooth and efficient, and the technicians made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. Had a great experience! They were quick on calling me (used the option of ‘Connect with a Pro’ through Home Depot app) & set up a time to install my water softener (& remove my old one).
They weren’t the cheapest but that’s not always the best route when dealing with plumbing- I know it was done right!
Will be having them come out again to upgrade my water heater too!

I called To the T Plumbing and Air for a leak in my secondary bathroom, and I was thoroughly impressed with their service! They were very knowledgeable, responded quickly, and clearly explained my options for resolving the issue. On top of that, they provided helpful advice on maintaining everything, especially with the extreme cold weather approaching. Their professionalism and expertise make them highly recommendable!

I’m thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided by To the T Plumbing Heating and Air. They demonstrated outstanding professionalism and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Their attention to detail and customer care really set them apart.

Seth and James were wonderful to work with and they easily saved me thousands of dollars by doing some routine maintenance on my water heaters. I’d always done HVAC but never thought of my plumbing and thank goodness these guys came out. My tanks are 6 years old but my anodes were depleting (to be expected) but my water expansion tanks were totally shot.

Excellent service, fair price, absolutely worth the peace of mind.

I left for work this morning with a hot house, and came back just now to fresh cold air. Very good price for a new motor on an old unit. Not a trace of mess in or outside my house, fast and professional. Even asked me what I wanted the temperate set for when I got home. These guys are awesome.

If you are looking for a company that has professionals that are honest, highly experienced, and work with integrity, this is your company! If you are like me, you scour reviews trying to find a good plumber that you can trust. Seth is that plumber! He will now be the plumber for any of our plumbing needs.

I recently had a leaking toilet and reached out to multiple companies to repair it. Every company indicated it could not be fixed but only rebuilt or replaced - both options were very expensive.

Enter Seth - Seth has decades of experience that has resulted in a plumber with exceptional talent. He provided me multiple options: rebuild, replace, or fix. He provided the facts, pros and cons, and did not pressure me to make a decision. Since he was so thorough with the information, I felt confident in my choice. He fixed the toilet and it has been working perfectly since.

The repair option was by far the most affordable of any company or option. He was also the only one that could fix it. That is what talent and experience can do for you.

I highly recommend Seth and T and T Plumbing Heating and Air!

Great response time, knowledgeable, and incredible follow through. They showed up on time and stayed until the job was done. They even took on the nuisance of dealing with the city for permitting. Marc and Chris were first class in how they communicated the process. They'll be our first call for any future plumbing issues.

Plumb Doctors have been great to work with the last 3 years I’ve been a customer. Appointments are easy and quick to book, and Marc especially has been a huge help rebuilding older Hansgrohe fixers. I trust their work every time, thank you very much!

Great service. They were able to get us on their schedule quickly. Marc was very easy to work with, gave us a lot of insight on what steps to take for regular maintenance, and made us feel comfortable with his work overall. Definitely recommend.

Awesome after hours service ! They really helped us out in an emergency when everyone else couldn’t come out until the next day. They were there in less than 15min and went above and beyond to fix our issue right before a holiday. Will be calling them back for any future plumbing work we need done. Thank you Andrew!🙏
