Marc Lamb was phenomenal. He did an outstanding job reviewing all of the water pressure problems I was experiencing and explaining the various causes in each case. I did a lot of research on my own on line prior to his visit, and I still learned so much more from him after he walked me through everything. Absolutely the best experience I've had with a plumbing company, hands down.

Alexander Matej installed a replacement bathroom sink faucet and drain for us. He has excellent attention to detail and is very thorough. He also answered all our questions and takes his time. Great job.

We had a pipe burst in January, with all of the accompanying headaches involving an older house, but Jamie and his team were extremely fast, efficient, and friendly. When we had what we thought was a related issue (but wasn't) months later, Marc came out and took care of it in less than five minutes at no charge. Plumbers like that are gold, and we feel very fortunate that we found them.

Andrew replaced the shutoff valve, pressure reducing valve, and main water service line, including excavation replacement.
Andrew replaced old parts with quality parts. And also rearranged everything so it was more accessible! Andrew is so thorough! Wow… what a difference!

Alex & Kyle came to my home to fix a leaky faucet. They were professional, knowledgeable and prompt. When finished they cleaned up and left the bathroom sparkling.

I’ve needed to call them in a few times for various water-related emergencies. They’re responsive, communicative, and have usually been able to diagnose and then repair the problem within a couple days, if not that same day. I can’t speak to how competitive they are cost-wise, since I haven’t wanted to shop around after they were so good the first time. I don’t feel like I’m being taken advantage of, though. Jami explains what the issue is, what the fix will be, and the quotes haven’t been outrageous. There’s that sinking feeling you get in your stomach when you see water somewhere it shouldn’t be, but knowing I can call Plumb Doctors makes that feeling ease up a little.

Josh was very knowledgeable and courteous! He explained what the plumbing issue was and how he will fix it. He let me watch him work and answered all my questions. He gave me suggestions on future prevention as well. I needed the repair on Saturday and it was urgent. Josh was at my house one hour after I called! I highly recommend Josh and Plumb Doctors!

Marc, from Plumb Docs, came out to see why our water heater wasn’t working. After having our roof replaced, he discovered the water heater vent wasn’t hooked up at all. It was pumping carbon monoxide into our attic for years. Once that was fixed, he was able to repair the water heater. Not only did he give us hot water…he literally saved my families lives. The prices were more than fair and the work was completed very fast. The Plumb Docs have earned us as customers for life. Thank you doesn’t come close to my appreciation for Marc, and this company.

Alex was amazing!! Our shower leak ended up requiring 3 visits because of parts we needed to order and an issue with the city water cutoff to our house, but Alex was very patient and responsive throughout the process. The visits were also accomplished in consecutive days. He made sure to leave us with a working shower between visits, foreseeing what may be necessary for the repair and not beginning the core of the repair until we had our other issues worked out. It was a complicated task with obstacles arising as more parts were removed from the shower, requiring a lot of specialized tools and knowledge. However, our bill in the end was just slightly higher than the original quote, he managed to fix everything without having to break our shower wall, and he explained what was going on throughout the process. We’ll definitely be calling again for future plumbing issues.

Plumb Doctors came in and quickly tested and solved our concern with a potential leak from a bathtub! Jami was very thorough and took great care of the situation. He explained exactly what he was going to do, and we are overall very happy with the outcome.

Alex came on time and was very helpful. He took the time to explain the issues at hand, without overselling or trying to convince me to do anything. He took the time to troubleshoot a related problem and explained options, again without pressure or upselling/charging.

He also cleaned out my water tray, and took the time to check out other equipment related to the job. Beyond being very professional and courteous, he was easy to talk to and respectful of my home and family. Alex went above and beyond to make sure he could help with any other issues while he was at my home.

Great guys and great plumbers. They were the only service who would come out when our pipes froze in Jan 2024, they cut out a burst valve and got us back up and running quickly. Just had them out to replace a leaking main line, the bid was competitive, I feel assured by their work warranty, and they stood by the quote despite some rough terrain and troubleshooting.

We just had Marc help us with replacing a valve in the front yard main supply line, and also a problem we were having with the kitchen faucet. I can't say enough how helpful, communicative and efficient he was. He resolved everything incredibly fast and gave us great tips about what to do if future problems were to arise. This visit represented some of the best customer service I've encountered in my 21 years living in Austin.

They were running late on the day of my apmnt so they called very early to offer me other options; which was great. Josh was very thorough and explained everything to us. He flushed both of our water heaters in our attic. Great job!

We were having an issue with our hot water in master bathroom. He was able to diagnose it and fix it. He made adjustments to his schedule to complete our job the next day after the part arrived. He moved things around in order to complete our job quickly! Jami did a great job!

Alex was great! He was efficient and extremely informative. He unfortunately had to give us some bad news about our plumbing but he was straightforward and no-nonsense which we greatly appreciated. A couple of years ago, Plumb Doctors came highly recommended from a friend and they are now my go to for all my plumbing needs. I’ve called Plumb Doctors a few times and, with the exception of one service call with a inexperienced young man (who still provided great customer service), I’ve had excellent service. For this call, I needed a static pressure test following foundation work. I bought my older home 3 years ago and did not realize I didn’t see a clean out valve in front of my house until a year ago. Alex was my technician and he is professional, very knowledgeable, and did the proper trouble shooting steps to locate the clean out valve the previous owner buried under a bunch of dirt and sod. Thankfully, the test past and Alex patiently explained what he was doing every step of the way. Thanks, Alex!

Marc w/Plumb Doctors is what every customer hopes for when hiring a plumbing professional. He was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable with a “get it fixed” attitude.
I was in the middle of refreshing/updating one of our bathrooms and encountered an issue with the replacement of the tub spout. Marc came out diagnosed the issue and offered up two suggestions to get it resolved(the first being contact the manufacturer-Moen, to inquire if the have the additional part to resolve the issue.). Needless to say, I contacted Moen and they sent the subject part promptly. There was no charge for the trip or Marc’s time. This was amazing service and I will definitely utilize them for all my future plumbing needs. As for plumbing fixtures…stick with Moen as they have a lifetime guarantee AND they stand by it!
