This company is great! We had the pleasure of working with Jason. He is extremely knowledgeable and very gifted at his craft. From now on, this is the only technician I will work with as I have had bad experiences in the past with other companies and know a good thing when it presents itself.

Huge shoutout to Jason at Temperature Pros! My thermostat completely lost power, so I called them to take a look at my furnace which is where I suspected the problem came from. Jason was awesome—he quickly diagnosed the issue as a bad transformer and had it swapped out in no time. Everything is back up and running now. I really appreciate how honest, professional, and super helpful he was. Highly recommend!

They keep my system running year round for me! I'd like to give Jeremy a special shout out, for the way he goes above and beyond. To give you an example, I had an issue with my a/c unit this summer and because of my home warranty contract, they called out another company. Jeremy STILL took my call and helped me with a diagnosis that he did not earn a cent for...THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The AC was not working 4 days after moving into the new house. I called our realtor and she recommended TemperaturePro. I called at 8am and Jason stopped by at 3pm. He did a walk through and found the issue right away. It was simply a light switch in the attic. It was bumped when moving extra items to the attic space. Jason walked through the house and noticed a few things with the filters and made some suggestions. We could have easily been told it was a major repair and had not known the difference. We felt so comfortable with his honesty that we signed up for the annual service.
I called my realtor and thanked her as well.

We had Cool Atmosphere install our new system a few years back and have used them for our annual system check ups ever since. We had Jacob come check out our system and he was very professional and courteous. All of their techs that have come have all been awesome. We recommend Cool Atmosphere for anyone that needs service.

How refreshing to have an honest and trustworthy repair service. Thomas came out to service our broken blower motor and gave me every instruction necessary to fix it myself, saving me hundreds. When my capacitor went out a few months later he offered the same, but I was happy to pay him for his services this time as I knew he deserved it. Oh and did I mention they responded both times on the day-of via direct text, and arrived with a fix on the same day!

From the knowledgeable office staff, to the installers, to the service techs, the customer service Cool Atmosphere is top notch. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new system install.
