A+++ Service and Affordability

Labor Day!! Had an emergency. My stupid a/c quit working and I called Chris. Hated to call on a holiday but figured I would leave a message and someone would call next day. Nope!! Chris answered the phone. AND came out within an hour and got it running. Had nothing to do with his previous repair. It’s an older unit and needs to be replaced soon. We will not only use them for the new unit but will recommend him to EVERYONE. OUTSTANDING SERVICE.

Comfort Pros and Chris did an awesome job. They figured out a long-standing issue with my ductwork that left one part of the house always underpowered. Not only did they get it fixed, but they also took the time to answer all my questions and really cared about making sure my home was comfortable. You can tell they actually enjoy what they do. Even gave me videos explaining the issues, which his explanation was spot on. Super impressed and definitely recommend!

We had a unique situation where we needed to extend AC to a living space that was originally part of the garage. We had tried using a portable AC, but it was too noisy. Chris Freeman, the owner, and his team did a wonderful job replacing our two HVAC systems. Chris showed up promptly after my call to assess our old systems and clearly explained all our options, with no hard sale. The team took great care in our house and acted in a polite, competent and friendly manner. The two-day install went smoothly. They even fogged (killed bacteria:mold) the ducts and added an extra duct for more airflow to the larger AC unit at no extra charge. Chris showed up before and after the install to make sure everything was done perfectly. So, I highly recommend Chris and his company!

Chris was super fast in responding and was able to come by the next day. My mini split has a very slow leak so every couple of years I need a top off. Many companies I’ve called won’t even touch a mini split. Chris was friendly, fast and super affordable.
