Chris was very responsive and professional with my AC issues. He came for a tune up as I notified our AC was not cooling enough. He gave me a run down on the issues, cost and next steps. Once next steps were decided him and his team were great on getting a fix done and explained everything to me and answered all questions. I highly recommend them!

Solid work from Comfort Pros! My AC stopped working right when the summer temps were starting to kick in and these guys came out the same day and diagnosed the problem. Chris did a great job laying out all my options with very reasonable prices. They knocked out the repair that same week and now we are back up and running with cold AC! Highly recommend.

I recently had a mini split air conditioning system installed in our master bedroom by Comfort Pros and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish Chris was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. Chris took the time to explain my options, answered all of my questions clearly, and helped me choose the right unit for my home and budget. He arrived on time and treated my home with respect—laying down drop cloths, cleaning up thoroughly, and double-checking everything before he left. The new unit runs quietly and cools the bedroom as needed.
Overall, excellent service, fair pricing, and great communication. I would definitely recommend Comfort Pros to anyone looking for a HVAC service!!!

Being a landlord while living overseas is already hard enough, having the AC at your property go out during the dead of summer in Texas just makes a tough situation impossible. Luckily, I discovered Chris at Comfort Pros, and the rest is history.

Positives:

1. Extremely fast and responsive communication via email. Being overseas, phone calls were simply not an option. And given 70%+ of the contractors I reached out to by email didn't even bother to respond, I'm confident in saying Chris's level of communication is second to none. (He was even responding quickly over the weekend!)

2. Although Comfort Pros doesn't offer a free evaluation like some places, he's more than happy to come by and give a free second opinion once you have a good idea of how to proceed. Even then, Chris was able to offer some additional insights and multiple recommendations and paths forward instead of only pushing the most expensive package.

3. Price was extremely competitive and fair compared to the some of the other quotes received. Don't bother going to the big national chains, you are getting ripped off.

4. Speed and service: Once I decided to go with a full Payne system replacement, Chris was able to get me scheduled in a few days time. However, given my AC system was already blowing hot air, Chris swung by beforehand up setup portable AC units for my tenant so that he and his family could be comfortable in the meantime.

5. Simple direct pricing: None of the special discounts this and cash discounts that. Chris offers one price, and that price will be competitive based on my experience.

All in all, I am very happy with my experience with Chris and will be looking to use Comfort Pros for all my AC servicing for my properties moving forward.

Dave is a straight shooter and will tell you like it is. I called All About TEXAS at 6pm on a Thursday and the owner himself answered the phone. I asked him a few questions which he answered and was out at my house the next day at 9am ready to solve my issue and knocked it out in a few hours. Very friendly and willing to explain the random HVAC questions I had for him while he was doing his repairs. If you're having an issue or need a complete replacement I highly recommend Dave.

Dave was great! Our AC stopped blowing cold in the middle of this Texas 100 degree heat, he answered my call on a Saturday morning and was able to come out just a few hours later. While diagnosing the issue Dave took his time to educate me on the functionality of the system and remained transparent on the problems/potential problems he was seeing. If you are having issues with your HVAC system contact Dave!

Dave came out on a holiday within TWO HOURS after speaking on the phone. Had us back up and running before the heat of the day hit. Also appreciated the explanation of the “why” behind everything. For his experience and efficiency, with his kind and passionate personality, his pricing is more than fair. Found our new go to!

I can’t speak highly enough about the service Dave provided my family. Our A/C went out in August and if you know anything about Texas, that is an absolute nightmare. I called Dave and was able to schedule a service call for the very next day. He arrived at the time he said he would and went out of his way to make sure we were up and running as soon as possible. I look forward to having Dave on our side going forward and I would highly recommend him to anyone having HVAC issues!

Excellent service. Our air conditioner went out on Labor day and they where here and servicing our equipment within 45 minutes. Again excellent service and advise.

Dave is very professional and academic. He explained everything to me and helped me with my zoning, and my a/c unit will last longer get after his work. Also, he came very fast and did not charge me additional fees for an doing an emergency work.

Dave diagnosed my issue and explained the options clearly. Very satisfied with his expertise and responsiveness. He came out within 40 minutes of calling on a Saturday night and we are in the cool again. Highly recommend All About Texas !!

Dave's been doing our HVAC since our builder-installed outdoor unit collapsed during a hot summer 🥵 he was able to do an emergency AC visit on super short notice and provided us with a window unit to keep the house livable during the (short) wait for the replacement setup. Since, Dave has done several tuneups and some great upgrades to our HVAC system. He's always punctual, professional, and takes the time to explain options and discuss any problems in detail.

David came out for the estimate for my HVAC total replacement. He was very quick and professional about it. He gave me all the information I needed.

Came home from vacation to find our house at 85° and no cool air, called David and he was here on a Sunday within the hour. Had cool air a few hours later. Also scheduled to come back out in a few days for some more maintenance, would highly recommend this fellow Texan!

Dave did a great job. Was quick to arrive, diagnose, and fix my AC problems all while working in the dark and rain! Made great recommendations and explained everything that had busted in the system. Did great repair work and even replaced some filters for me as well. Would highly recommend giving him a call if you need any AC/Heater work done!
